Been stuck iron as well but i think toxicity isn't the biggest issue in iron, irons are easy to outfrag if u can maintain crosshair placement ,is the pc or laptop you're using is not good enough, iron is so easy to get out when u have smooth fps + average skill , got from hardstuck iron 2 to gold 1 in 3 months after changing to a decent pc Good luck on yo journey
