I respect Nino for telling Gordon the cold hard facts - "It's a matter of taste" and then Gordon got defensive because Nino didn't back down from him, so he tried to make it look like Nino wanted to start a confrontation because Gordon knew he couldn't handle Nino in a fight, so he had to portray Nino as the aggressor, even though he was the aggressor. Whenever it's a woman or weak yes man, however, Gordon becomes Mr. Tough Guy.
If ur in the food business and need help. And u have the chance to have Gordon help you. And u say he's a disgrace to humanity..Ummm. let's just look around the world and see how many restaurant's Gordon owns..Or how many other things he's done with world renowned chefs and how they respect him. When u say donkey sh.t like..u deserve to lose ur restaurant.
Only Gen Z thinks about "protecting people" and hiding behind social media. Back in the days of yore when warriors like I roamed the Earth, there was no need to hide. If you had something to say someone or you wanted to defame someone, he would make himself available in person and you could say it to his face. I had to defend myself many a times in court for those reasons.
It’s heart warming to see the owners’ and staff faces just light up seeing the creativity with fresh ingredients and just letting loose with new ideas. It’s things like that that must have felt so great to Ramsay to see the passion lit again.
Perla making a plain chicken breast with just garlic salt on it with steamed vegetables and plain rice in a Mexican restaurant is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen
She could've made chicken fajitas or maybe some enchiladas. When it comes to Mexican food, with chicken as your primary ingredient/protein, the options are endless. She really was lazy.
I love when Gordon can tell talented chefs are being kept under thumb by their owners. Like the second or third clip when the owners love the redfish and salmon with grits and find out it's their own guys, Gordon opened up a door for them. For all the asshole shit he gets, he fucks with owners, but he takes care of staff that have passion.
It’s a really small thing but I love when Gordon asks the lads if they were gonna put some lemon on their dish, and the response was yep, and I’m not quite finished with it yet. Gordon wanted to give them some pointers in case they didn’t know better, but was also receptive to their response and what they were doing where he was never completely taking over control of “their” dish *chef’s kiss*
when i first seen these blended clips from different episodes i was like- "ehh, i seen those all before" now here i am watching maybe the 10-12th in a row
I like to imagine the creator of this channel is a 40 something year old guy with 3 teenagers at home and he’s too afraid to admit to his boss he’s stealing title ideas from them so he just keeps cranking out more videos
40 year old guys aren't supposed to date teenagers. I mean it's legal if the teens are 18 or 19, but it's still considered taboo in America. For example, I went on an OkCupid date with a 19 year old and I'm 32 and we were on complete different wavelengths because she was immature and limited and I was refined and cultured.
@@RobbieStacks90 you clearly don’t understand what this person is saying, the person who wrote this comment means that there is a 40 year old adult with three teens as his children giving him these video ideas 💀
The section about Tatianna makes my heart warm, you can really tell how much she and her team want the restaurant to succeed, there's a sense of passion there. There are so many times when you feel like you can't tell whether or not their hearts are really in it, but in that clip you definitely can
Tatianna, I believe, is the owner who employed the head chef who does not speak English and only knows how to heat up pre-prepared foods. How do you live in the United States of America and not speak English? English is the finest language in universal history. It boasts a rich, fifteen-hundred-year existence that includes some of the greatest writers and orators who ever lived, and you live in a country whose official language is English, but you can't speak it?
Gordon using his fame to trick controlling owners into believing he cooked dishes rather than the chefs is actually really interesting, he knows his name speaks before he does
Ramsay knows the difference between clueless but willing vs clueless and in denial. He goes out of his way to help those who listen to advice and are willing to learn. He treats the other type with contempt - and they have only themselves to blame. Hell, if I had Ramsay in my kitchen I'd pay 100% attention, and yes, even enjoy the insults.
Gordon Ramsey’s marketing and business ability is criminally underrated. It’s not a surprise why he’s a famous chief but also a famous celebrity and businessman.
The clip where they try the seafood meals at Zeke’s shows that these people absolutely can cook like Gordon. They just need the resources, freedom, or even just inspiration to do it. It’s honestly really inspiring and heart warming to see Ramsey teaching the people who sincerely want to learn how to make better food to better their restaurant.
I remember in high school there was a student who cooked at lunch time as a way to get training because he wanted to be a chief, he made this BOMBING burger that everyone ate up, the principle wanted it gone because no one wanted her home made cookies, mind you they were okay but people wanted burgers. And when she tried to make her own burgers it just wasn’t as good. Luckly the school banded together and got the guy to be able to make his burgers again! Never underestimate what a good burger can do, it may be basic but done right always a game changer
This right here is probably one of the most important things you can learn while cooking, you don’t always need some super fancy dish, if you can make a good burger, good BBQ, good chicken, etc, you’re good to go, get fancy with it later
Gordon 'if you give them free pancakes of course they won't have complaints' Also Gordon 'its amazing how happy people are off the back of a (free) burger' Always makes me laugh
Not complaining is: I won't give you any crap about your pancakes, because they were free after all, but if they weren't good, I won't be back for more either. Being happy is: Free burger? Awesome. And it's good eatin? Yea, I'll definitely be back for more, even if the next ones won't be free. The first one, you're placating your customers with free stuff so they won't complain. And indeed, they won't. But that doesn't mean they liked it. It just means they've been bribed into silence. The second one, you're also giving away free food, but with the distinction that you're showing off a free sample of something that will soon be hitting the neighbourhood, so you're creating a buzz. And if the sample is good, people are bound to come try the real thing.
When Perla starts: I'm thinking... 5 min after: Chicken with garlic and salt If thats all you get when you think, I don't wanna know what do you cook when you're not thinking...
NO! NO! NO! Many people say I am sick in the head. NOOOO!!!! I don't believe them. But there are so many people commenting this stuff on my videos, that I have 1% doubt. So I have to ask you right now: Do you think I am sick in the head? Thanks for helping, my dear frgy
@@cessnafun5385 he might actually cuz gordon isnt a grilled cheese specialist just a master chef so if u ARE a grilled cheese specialist u might win but ofc ramsay also knows how to do a lot of other stuff like toasting the bread perfectly or whatever
Uh yeah, bread yeah, soggy. Bland. Cheese.. Plastic and feeeeeels somewhat... synthetic. And everything is juuuust lukewarm. WhatAShame! Thats not the grilled cheese I know. I mean, you say it's a grilled cheese but you don't even have a grill. Come on guys!... What's going on here? Have you given up Hill Win? Because let me you, these dishes are losers.. Win. Lol I'm pretty sure I got that word for word from another video Hahaha. Hopefully you guys read in Gordon's voice.
Out of all the dishes I've ever seen Gordon make, and believe me that's quite a few, that steak he made with the mango salsa and the avocado butter is one of the things I would do the most unspeakable things to try in real life, or at least try to recreate myself.
Someone made a TikTok bashing these titles yesterday, had to defend the legend who does make up the titles. This person is elite and deserves our protection!
I love how Gordon pretended to cook that meal for those two fellas and the owners seemed pissed off when they learned Gordon didn't cook it. Like it was more annoying they were wrong than it was great having two excellent chefs to cook for them.
I’m not going to fault Pearla on this one. She was only trained in the catering business. I feel like the job was dropped on her without much to her consent and she had to roll with it. Since the way they prepped was the same as the catering business, Pearla’s cooking skills wasn’t questioned until Gordon arrived.
Well, no. Perla had that owner around her little finger. You can tell when the owner refused to fire her lazy ass, even when Perla was royally messing up the turn-around dinner service at Mama Rita's. If Perla really felt bad for the owner, she would've been honest and said, "Hey, I'm not cut out for this. You need to hire an actual chef and I'll just support." But Perla did nothing of the sort. She saw a naive mark, and she was going to milk that owner for a high salary for as long as she could get away with it. And that's precisely what Perla did.
I want Gordon to make a show where he just walks into a restaurant or hotel, eats the food, says the food is shit and feeds the owners a better version of their own food before just leaving.
I was notified of this video with a push notification and it cut the title off to 'my toxic trait is thinking...' 1) Mood 2) I legitimately thought that was the title for a second. Honestly a part of me wonders if this title was chosen in part *because* it'll get cut off as that. Either way, thank you whoever keeps titling these videos, you're a star.
It's great when we see the owners regain their passion for cooking and for their business when Gordon shows them new ideas of how to cook with fresh ingredients
@@RobbieStacks90 I agree with you to a certain degree on that aspect that’s it’s not a REAL job but some people do make money off it . That you cannot deny .
@@georgekandylis3904 We're off that subject. Now it's about you trying to boss me around. Be careful, little brother, that's how you get hurt in the real world.
I'm seriously starting to think that Gordon himself runs this account. I swear to God that this is the third time this account has posted in the same minute that Gordon's main has posted.
You should do a compilation of the times where in the last 10 seconds of the episode it says something sad like "Ah too much debt they had to close actually" or "yeah they just went back to their old ways when we left so whatever"
I just realized that the person in charge of titles is not one person, but TWO! The videos are titled by one who takes a more professional role and capitalizes the vids correctly, while the other is our chaotic good friend who doesn't capitalize any words and uses meme titles! Edit: Our meme titling friend also has an algorithm of longer videos being posted than the other persons on this account!
Perla was really just a catering reheater, I sincerely think she was out of her element and probably oversold her skills. What she put out looked like a Swanson TV dinner (major props to chef Mike), it was so, uninspired.
I come for the putdowns and screaming but secretly I love watching the ladies get all prettied up and excited about turning everything around for the better
I don't know names... but the "Muppets" from the Cuban restaurant had me rolling on the floor laughing. ... they either are secretly in love or HATE eachother! But no fire works, no yelling, just Cuban sass and I AM HERE FOR IT ALL😂😂🥰
