This was like a trip back in time! Thanks for sharing. Back in the 90’s I remember so many of these mom and pop stores all over the place... Such a rarity nowadays 😔
Very nice. As both a lifelong train/railroad fan and resident of Broomall for over three decades (my home is less than 10 minutes from Nicholas Smith), I could spend hours (and hundreds) in the store, though I don't get there nearly as often as I'd like.
YES!! THERE'S STILL WOODEN RAILWAY STUFF THERE!! :D (I'm more hyped than last time 'cause the last video was from a while ago) I NEED TO GO BACK TO PENNSYLVANIA.
Oh how I miss stores being filled to the brim with wooden railway also liked the fact that people left the Thomas wood stuff their while buying wooden railway instead lol
I remember going there a couple months ago (that was my third time going there and I’m going there again) and you should’ve showed the upstairs model train section (because it has the bachmann Thomas trains, g scale, ho scale, and o scale, and possibly z scale)
The hobby shop I go to in Dubois still has Wooden Railway, and I'm talking older Wooden Railway. Came across a few sets that still have the classic clickity clack track and also a few expansion packs/accessories sets. There's even characters in the older packages and about the newest thing I've found is a couple Great Race items which when you think about it aren't really that new. This is also where I get my ERTL items as they have a lot of it there and I've even found whole case lots of characters which these days fetch a high price on eBay if you can even find them. Really should shoot some video there sometime if I'm allowed.
All of a sudden a man child comes in to open the packages to play on the table with a car DVD player to watch the movies on the shelf, and every body walks away.
