i’d have been furious!! 😂 but equally the guys at southampton store are the best, mistakes happen and they clearly did their best to make it right! enjoy the AT-AT when it arrives 😁

Well Tek. I was keeping my cool Brandon wasn't exactly and it wasn't even his! Honestly I had a good guess they would sort it for me as LEGO customer service usually is top notch and that was the case with the Southampton store and specifically the manager Sara who didn't hesitate to sort it out for me. Happy days it finally arrived on Wednesday and will feature albeit briefly in my part 2 vlog.

Brilliant vlog, I'm so pleased how much the manager at the store helped you. Not the experience you wanted, but at least that helped. You have a new subscriber. 👍.. Me and my son also have a channel and we work on Stopmotions and bit and bobs all lego related. Wising you and your family well.

i managed to get an AT-AT from the lego website on may 1st at 4am with my insiders membership got discount code and saved £140 arrived in great condition a few weeks later as it went on back order and at 6am they took it off the promo (sold out) lol

Hi guys. I’m new to your channel. Great to find some more AFOLs in England lol. Sorry about how you couldn’t pick up your AT-AT but that it was quickly resolved. Lego customer service is very good with this and missing parts. Nice little haul that guys brought back. Also great job on grabbing the Polly bag TIE Interceptor. I did a video on it promoting the fact smyths toys was doing this offer. I also had the parts to build one ahead of time so I was also able to show off the build before it was released the following day. Definitely worth picking up for free

Yeah I think these giveaways on May 4th have become standard now along with promos on 1st May at Lego stores, we all expect them.

This never happen to me :)) they alwaYs know if i leave something behinde The till i will come back and Pay for that .. they should comunicate between staff coleages:) annyway Westfield they got them alot i managed from Leicester square it was that time 6 left

It's London I guess they have a lot more. Westfield is where mine is supposed to be coming from by DPD. As I write this on Monday 6th I still haven't received it, new update it is being collected from Westfield tomorrow being Tuesday 6th so have my fingers crossed it actually does.
