I never know when a School Photo Day is coming up. So with my STUPID LUCK, I always just so HAPPEN to be having a BAD HAIR DAY ON THOSE DAYS! Every. Single. TIME!!!
Where I live we just take a class photo, no individual photos. And this year, first year in secondary school, I missed it, I missed class photo day. Welp. No one will ever know I existed in my school this year. 👍
What my mom used to do is not pay for my school photos and instead wait till the end of the year get a yearbook and photoshop my picture on her computer to get bigger then printed it out in different sizes and on picture paper
So at my school we didn't wear uniforms and basically on pictures day all the "cool girls" would wear dresses and heels while I was in the corner wearing jeans and a hoodie EVERY TIME.....so yaaaaaa (That was such an interesting Story)
School photo operator: *takes a picture* Jess: Wait i need to fix- Photographer: *takes another picture* Jess: *SCREAMS AND YEETS CAMERA* I DIEDDDDDD- i can actually relate-
Me too. I had this issue where i couldn't sit on the position the photographers told me to. Well i kinda could but they would just take one look at the photo and tell me to do it again.
I am still salty that every year they separated the boys and girls in different photos and they said “it was because of the uniform” but then guess what my non binary friend who wore the boys uniform was put with the girls both of us spent the entire lunch being salty about it
In my second grade pictures I don’t know what my face was even trying to do, I ended up frowning... but smiling at the same time some how... I absolutely *HATE* it! And I hope I never see that photo again.
When your early and theres no dislike JUST HOW IT SHOULD BE Edit : 51 Likes?! Just for some dumb comment i made i feel blessed since this is the most liked comment i got but also feel like i didnt deserve it since how common those are written
My school used to have it were we had to wear uniforms and we could only wear something else on fridays but one day they just stop. The only things with clothing now is not wearing flip flops to school, shorts have to be a least only an inch above your knee and or on the knee, and none of that short shorts high socks style
At my school, the students can choose whether or not they want a picture taken and you can pay extra money to get the pictures. The school gives every parent a picture of their kid on three cards that basically can be used if your kid becomes missing and you have no pictures of them. The people that take pictures of us are 12th graders from another high school.
tf you guys doing on the other side of the Atlantic? We just do our pictures inside and during the school day in September. The only ones outdoors are the sports teams.
The night before my primary school photos my cat scratched me across my right eye and it look like I had scar’s scar and everyone was going crazy about it I thought t looked so badass those couple of days. I thank my cat for that mini scar lol
We have a group photo of my brothers class on the fridge and he is turned sideways! He must of seen something interesting because all the other kids are facing the camera. I find it funny that they didn’t re-take it, probably to because trying to get a small kids to take a group photo is like herding wild animals.
I always had to sit in the front row for photos, I was fortunate that a lot of the short kids were in my 5th grade home room because I got to sit in the fabled middle row, every front kid’s dream. Why does this still excite me
The flash actually flashes before the photo is taken to prevent blinking. You close your eyes when the light comes. As soon as you open your eyes the picture takes.
All of the beautiful photos in this vid: 3:00 I call this one the calling of the demons 6:26 I call this one the demon My favourite is the demon cause the amount of accuracy put into that photo is alot
in highschool, whenever it was photo day the lady helping the photo team take photos would always be so agressive trying to adjust you hair or the way you sat
What I really hate about school photos is how the lighting messes up how I look. I’m extremely pale because I don’t get sunlight and my hair is blonde. So when the flash happens when my photo is taken I look like a corpse with greasy hair because the flash makes my hair look a weird wet dirt colour with extra shine. My lack of ability to smile on command doesn’t help this either because I have my serious looking resting face.
