Man, I love this man's passion for Tampa. Beautiful city, great people, delicious cuisine. My fave city. Living in McDavidville, but a huge Bolts fan, I feel I should live in Tampa.
I guess the consolation of the Rays games not being well-attended is not being shoulder to shoulder busy like that! Still looked fun tho and glad you had a good time! I enjoy hockey games!
I’m getting old I saw the lightning play the lightning lay their first season at the Florida State Fairgrounds. The locker rooms were trailers outside the building lol….LETS GO BOLTS !!!!!!!
Actually to correct one of your opening statements Jay, the very first home of the Tampa Bay Lightning was at Expo Hall in the Florida State Fairgrounds complex. They played at what is now Tropicana Field in later years. I was at the very first game that glass ceiling breaker female goaltender Mannon Rheiume played in for the Lightning at the Expo Hall with inaugural/first coach Terry Crisp. ;)
If you were around 307 that’s the Sticks of Fire ⚡️⚡️ But all I can say with the attendance for the Rays, it’s simple: St. Pete is not it. Tampa IS it. Rays belong in TAMPA
I really appreciate it the history of Amalie arena and Tropicana Field at the beginning. I live about 10 minutes away from Tropicana Field and usually go to catch numerous rays games every season because they give away free tickets to veterans teachers and first responders every year, something I truly appreciate as a veteran.
Nice game action, Gooo Bolts ⚡⚡!!! I was cheering along with ya!! Wow sooo many people, I agree with you, all those hockey fans need to support the Rays!!! I love when you teach us the history of things, never boring!! I'm still watching all your old videos!! How's Bella?! She's so cute!! 🐶🐕🐾❤️❤️
There are garages everywhere but I recommend parking north Whiting street in a parking lot or street spot. I pay 16 bucks for a street spot thru the Park Mobile app. I was able to avoid the traffic parking that far out
Your video came up as Recommendation for me to watch and was a great video to watch i live in Canada in Calgary Alberta the lightning beat our Calgary Flames in 2004 for there first stanley cup victory. Anyway great job on the video i will watch some of your other videos now.🙂
I may be late to the party lol its cool to see your fan experiencing of an nhl game. I’ve never been to a hockey game before but I’ve watched my favorite hockey team the Carolina Hurricanes on tv all the time. Seeing you video inspires me to go to a Hurricane’s game by myself. Since none of my family members want to travel to Raleigh, NC with me. Btw The lightning’s stadium looks really nice 👍
Everyone broke the cap last year. A few season’s back the Blackhawks broke it to win the cup after beating us in the playoffs. Your beef resides with the NHL. We won, no changing that.
