As much as I love ROTT music, this song in particular never did it for me.. until now. Your version taught my brain how the song *should* sound, and it's brilliant. Congratulations and thanks!
Ya know... this song combined with that footage of driving down a backwoods road puts me in mind of _Command and Conquer_ for some reason. And that's a good thing!
I am so happy you covered the two most jazzy ones (this and Havana Smooth). All of ROTT's soundtrack is so epic, I wish they'd just rerecord it live from the '95 score for the 2013 game - because, as you say, the original arrangements have great headroom. But since that didn't happen, we're lucky to have people like you. Any chance you'll ever cover (or at least remaster) the rest?
Hello Serguei, thank you for your nice comment. I wish I had the time to remake a couple of more ROTT themes, unfortunately i've been very busy lately. I can't promise anything but I'll try to find some time in the summer.
I think you made a great cover of both this and Havana Smooth, both remasters retain the good old feel from the original versions and give them a nice new sound.

It's defined enough but still has a bit of headroom for the listener to play with the song further in his mind.
