how long to not wash face and other activites? what all is banned with duration please. After the dowontime can we do snorkelling.swimming, any high pressure activity normally? hot water in eyes?

Congratulations! I can only imagine what you must be feeling like. I am planning to lasik done too, but the one thing that gives me anxiety is the fact that you can actually SEE the laser when the procedure is being done. I fear i would just start moving if that happens because I’d be so scared. 😢

This is suuuuchhhh an informative video!! Thank youu sooo much! I’ve had sight for a long time now and I know the feeling of just going into things blindly and searching for spects with blurry vision 🥲 And I’m shit scared of anything going into my eyes that I’m even scared of using contact lenses! I only use spects! That’s how scared I am! This video has given me so much info and soooo much confidence cuz my boyfriend has been convincing me to get lasik done for a while now! heyy! I got my eyes checked today for the lasik and I am going for surgery someday in next week .I am wearing specs from last 12-15 years and started wearing contact lenses occasionally from last 2-3 years. I can totally relate when you said about crying. because the thought of seeing without specs or lenses make me so happy. I am so scared about the surgery. this video really helped. please it will be nice if you give more updates about aftercare. It will really help to hear from someone who have gone through the surgery.❤❤

@@AnshuMI2021 Actually, Instead of lasik , I went for ICL because lasik was not possible for my eye. ICL is bit more complicated than lasik.

Even i had same experience like you. I lost my true version at class 6 i told my parents but they didn't agree then eventually after couple of yrs my version getting even poor. And today I have 4point of both eyes. And do so I'm to thinking about Lasik surgery

omg me too??? my mother did not believe I could not read or see the board and my opening eye power was negative 2 at 11 years old *clown emoji* I want to get lasik done too but my number has not been stable since I study and read a lot and I cant find the free window to get it done!

Omg same. I got sight when I was in 6th standard. Even my mom didn't believe that I couldn't see the blackboard 😢 When I went for checkup doctor said me that I wouldn't have gotten sight if I had come before because I had a very less sight at that time 😓 From 6th standard I'm using specs now I'm 21. My parents don't allow me to put lenses even 🥲

I also came to know about my eye condition when I wasn't able to read the board in class and I noted down the content from my friend's notes and i was asking her that how come she able to read the board but not me. I didn't realised that I have weak eye sight back then😅😅😅

Hi. Although it's an informative video I'm sorry to say that your doctor didn't really present you with all the options for Refractive correction. You probably won't informed about Femto second (bladeless) LASIK, not the second PRK that you described, neither did she tell you about flap less Relex SMILE procedure. It would have been a much safer option and a faster recovery, also reducing chances of dry eyes drastically. Sorry for your loss.

Same story of my eyes dear… my parents didn’t took me seriously when I was in 7th standard that I cannot see the black board and eventually same to same . But my eyes were -5.5 one eye and -6 for another Bcz my specs was tedha… then I did my laser in 2010 since then Masha Allah I can see properly.

That's great but SMILE is a better surgery, you don't need to apply makeup for 1 week, after care is minimal, pre care is minimal, 0 to no side effects, surgery does not happen it's a 30 second process, good for you you got a nice experience but this is for the others!! I've gotten smile done 4 years back feels like a dream go for it yall
