My Very Unsettling Tropical Furby (if you intend to help me fix him read the discription first) 

The batterys are fresh from the pack
He was new in box
He's a JT furby
I have tried jumpstarting him and it's done very little to help
His motor heated up one time to the point where his whole faceplate was warm to the touch (I took out the batterys when that happened and let him cool off before even thinking about putting them back in)
Also there's like black gunk behind the beak?? No idea what it is and I've never seen it on a furby before
