The santa in his sleigh with all the reindeer bring me back to the 1970's when I was growing up and I always knew Christmas was near when my mama brought out ours which was exactly like yours.thankyou for the memories
I so enjoyed seeing your Christmas decorations. What a great collection.. I know that this was from 2019 but couldn't sleep so this was fun to see the love of all the memories that you value.
Misty, Just going back and watching some older videos. I like so many others LOVE vintage Christmas so I had to take a peak. LOVE LOVE LOVE your collection!!! I put my blow molds on the inside of my house too. I’ve never had any of the floppy bean bag reindeers. Now I want some!!! 💚❤️💚❤️💚
So sorry about Bella, I lost a Grandog two years ago. When my husband and I retired we took him back and forth from Sellersburg to Salem. He passed suddenly peacefully in sleep, but broke my heart🐶 Last year I got a Welsh Terrier and he is adorable🐶 Love your tour, you are gorgeous and love to hear you talk, Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏻
Misty, you make feel normal ! I love the broken , unique and interesting pieces and now I know how beautifully they can be displayed - I will break them out to share our unique perspective - Love Ya !!!
Two thumbs up!! Loved all of your collection Misty. You have great taste. I particularly liked the old plush Santas. I remember having one I dragged around with me when I was little in the 70s. My sympathies over the passing of Bella. I have two small older dogs with one showing the signs of her age and it will be a sad day when the day comes. I'm sure you and your family will treasure her memory this Christmas and onwards. xo
Love your gang of Santas and your phone. You have some Awesome things. Luttle deer are sweet. Your big blow mold Santa. Good thinking keeping him in the house. I never saw a Christmas Smurf before. Thanks fot sharing.
Hi Misty. Loved your Christmas house tour. You did a nice job, decorating, your cupboard shelves. My favorite is the Bastile cardboard Santa. Oh my. He is so amazing, with his adorable stripey mittens. Have a Merry Dingle Derry Day!
You're an inspiration! Love love LOVE...(Did I say LOVE? hehe) all of your Christmas décor. I'm amazed at the amount of vintage items that you are able to find. I usually am only able to find things possibly as old as the 80's. Mind boggling that you are able to find so much.
The candy boxes were bought in bulk, then filled with bulk Christmas candy. We got them each year at church, candlelight ceremony before going home. Sweet memory. Best regards, Elizabeth
I just found you and I Loved your house tour. As I Love, Love, Love vintage anything. Thank you for sharing. So until next time God Bless you and your family and may you have a Blessed New Year's.
Hi I just came across your channel and subscribed. I truly enjoyed your tour of all your Christmas finds, collections, and homemade gifts from your husband that are in your home! 🥰 I just laughed every time you mentioned creepy Santa. 😆 Too funny! When you shared the Cowboy Santa it brought back memories for me. In the late 90s I purchased the same Cowboy Santa from Macy’s. It was a gift to my dad and I hate to admit it but I paid $50 which was a lot. I lost my Dad in 2002. The Santa then became mine. I kept it for several yrs then unfortunately I donated it to a thrift store in CA. It still worked when I gave it away. 😕I now wish I’d kept it. Thank you for sharing your wonderful collections and stories. 💖 The light you used to light up your aluminum Christmas tree looks fabulous! I like it better than the light wheel people used years ago. TFS! Looking forward to future videos.
I just came across your video and noticed your Mackinac Island pillow! I got married on Mackinac Island and I only live 45 minutes away. Definitely subscribing!
Aaaw. I can see that Brutus is a Jack Russell! My daughter has one, a little lady. She loves exploring our rural home and garden, she lives in the city. :)
My neice and My dad love to redecorate my stuff 2 and I have the girls who spell out Noel and that Santa cookie jar my mom had one of them when I was young I think u did a great job love the way u have it decorated
@@ThrifterJunkerVintageHunter a couple of years ago around christmas my neice turned my whole village around and I was sitting on the couch and I looked at my village and couldn't figure out why it was backwards then i remembered my neice was there the night before my dad loves to turn things around and then he will call me when he gets home and have me searching around the house to see what he moved
I am going to start a collection of nutcrackers with battle injuries from fighting the Rat King nightly. Too funny. But seriously, I am going to start the nutcracker hunt this season.
I so enjoyed your Christmas house tour! Love the way you decorate. I have two smaller blow molds that i keep in the house too {got them a few weeks ago at a thrift store for $1.95 [Canadian] each. I snatched them up so fast when I saw them! LOL} Merry Christmas to you and your family...Lee Ann from Nova Scotia.
Your tiny Santa head tray is a ashtray lol the nerve to put a cig out on his face lol ... just got one 4 my Santa collection.... hung it on the wall ... thought I would pass info along... great video ❤️🎁🎄🎅
Beautiful collections Misty! Love everything. Did you sell those ornaments you said were listed on eBay? I couldn’t find them. I used to have Rhonda and friends lol. I love your shelves! I’ve never found any grumpy Santa’s yet, they’re awesome.
Thank you Dee! I'm still away for the holidays and I'm dreading taking it all down once I get home. It makes me sad! Which ornaments? I have so many that they all blend in together in my mind.
Thank you for sharing! I have a special fondness for Santa's but - oh! that snowman your husband made & customized while you were dating!!! A-hem - he did NOT lose his pipe, Misty ... he quit smoking ;>
@@ThrifterJunkerVintageHunter it's in the beginning of your video to the right of Santa with the teeth it looks like a cabinet. Every thing is lovely. 😏
You can purchase a clear acrylic sealer to put on all those ceramic items where the paint is coming off... It will stop further pealing and flaking. BTW - your Christmas collection is awesome! (Then someday, our children will send our entire collections to Goodwill 😂) Have you ever counted your Santas?
Absolutely love your home. Your displays are jaw dropping. I graduated in 1996, you and Mark were dating, I had no boyfriend 😂 Lots of goodies, I could definitely shop at your home 😂 And I was laughing extremely hard at Brutus! Crazy boy. oh and the cat prince picture is a hoot. 🤗
Hang on one dang minute! What is the story with the zombie child in the Santa mug at 30:13? You can’t just show that and not at least mention her! She is far too creepy cool to be overlooked.
