@UmmMalekxo🌸 yes I understand hydral fatigue but my hair didn’t have that. I do overnight treatments sometimes but not all the time.

I use this on damp hair as a leave in conditioner on my 3-c daughter. It’s the best I’ve found yet.

I put oil on before showering but ive stopped shampooing due to my dry scalp. I get to wash/scrub my scalp everyday and still have moisturized locks of hair. I have med to high porosity hair, so oil afterwards is a must and possibly some butter

not good idea to leave conditioner in over night it can cause hydra fatigue..important to follow the instructions given on product cause the hair can only absorb a certain amount of moisture before it turns into moisture overload...ur hair is beautiful just the way you did it!😍

Totally agree! The mask i used in the video works as an overnight mask as well, but I definitely agree with using as suggested. Especially with conditioners that are high in protein!
