MY WATER BROKE! getting ready for baby! 

I just appreciate how REAL Jane is.

I know your sweet girl was born a couple of week ago but if you're seeing this - hi! Congratulations on Daisy and I hope you're feeling good physically/mentally/emotionally. I had baby blues, too, and the best advice I can give as a fellow mom is ask for help, accept help from your partner, and take care of yourself. Take time for yourself and, while I know you're moving, allow yourself to sit with your older kids and watch a movie while nursing the baby and do whatever you need to do to make things easier. That means getting groceries delivered, having some ready made meals, not worrying too much about unpacking, etc. It will get done eventually. Congratulations again! With our third, the circus music just got louder in my head, but it's got a really good beat so all was cool.

After I had my first baby (rainbow baby), I was stuck in a lengthy postpartum depression. It took me almost a year to finally start feeling like myself again. It was hard to accept help from most everyone, but I had to force myself to understand that their help was meant out of love and care. Taking time, even if it was 5 minutes, to focus on the Savior and really focus on what His love means for me in my personal life helped me tons. Letting the Savior in really helped shape me and gently nudge me out of that hard time.

My favorite pregnant lady! Hope you're feeling good mentally, Jane! After my first baby, I struggled with postpartum depression, which wasn't helped by the fact that my baby was colicky and breastfeeding was terrible (severe lip and tongue ties). It took a little while for me to seek help from my healthcare providers, none of which were very helpful. I wish I had leaned into my faith more as a way to cope, so I would encourage you to do so if that's a part of your family's life! You got this, Mama!

Ok, I am fifteen years old (watching this video on my Dad's computer lol) and not getting pregnant anytime soon but for some reason I have been so worried about pregnancies and giving birth and all that and your videos about your pregnancies have really just eased my anxieties about all that. Thank you so much for finding time to give us little updates and stuff throughout your pregnancy. You are amazing!

I feel like you were basically talking straight to me when you were mentioning PPD! I remember about a week after I had my baby (#5), I had to go to Walgreens to get something, and I was just so weepy and I could NOT stop crying. The poor teen worker was so worried and I just remember saying “I just had a baby, it’s fine, I’m fine” I think I scared that boy into abstinence 😅 my only tip would be, to just be vocal about your feelings with your family and close friends. Everyone is supporting you and wanting you to be happy! You are the best mom for your babies, and it’s so hard to see it at first, but it’s 100% true. Congratulations to you, Jane and Chris! Your fam is beautiful. ❤

I was the same way after my birth and the only thing that helped was telling myself that the feeling won’t always be there. I think also just having normal conversations with friends or family nothing about the baby or birth might help as well. I know when I gave birth I didn’t want to talk to anyone but the few brave people that called me and just had normal conversations with me seemed to make me stop crying from the duration of the conversation.

I am currently pregnant with my first baby and watching your vlogs and seeing you go through all of the pregnancy journey has made me so excited for this little angel to come. There is so much that you discuss about pregnancy and make it so relatable and real. I am also currently in the process of moving homes as well and seeing you do that with a newborn has helped me feel so much more confident in moving while pregnant. You are awesome! I appreciate and love your videos, Jane. Congratulations on the new little angel and your gorgeous new home. You are amazing!

Being pregnant with my 4th baby. This was so relatable. I have had 2 horrendous sleepers, and even my good sleeper was not a great sleeper. Congratulations on baby 3❤️

Congratulations on baby Daisy 🌼💖💖 I suffered the same thing with postpartum blues. One kicked in 2 days in after giving birth. I had c-sections due to medical conditions so I’m not sure if that is what contributed to mine being such a dramatic shift in a short amount of time. The thing I found was give yourself more time at home away from a lot of people. I found it so overwhelming when everybody wanted to constantly be visiting and judging me for having the “baby blues”. I just spent time bonding and finding different ways to spend time with my husband and the baby. At the end of the day just do what is right for you and your baby and the rest of your family! Everyone and everything else can wait! Hope this helps and I hope your all doing great 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Jane deserves everything after she went through childbirth 3 times, take care of a toddler, and a baby, while being pregenant, keep her RU-vid channel going even when she's in labor, and maintain a complete healthy body (an body fat doesn't count). ❤

A violent craving for oreos 😂 brilliant!! Also I struggled with PPD and agoraphobia after the birth of my son. I would just say spend time outside in the fresh air, eat well, rest when you can, don’t put pressure on yourself or set unrealistic expectations, taken medication if you need to! Check with your doctor but magnesium bisglycinate helped me massively. Good luck, it will pass xx

Red light bed I’m telling you…I had 4 attempted self cancelings, got a red light bed from HOOGA and life changed I lay in it every night before bed and it’s great for my kids when they get sick or having anxiety as well or need help calming down it helps with sunburns and any type of recovery stuff. And a million other things!

Aww, I'm decades beyond birthing, now. But you did remind me that I had 'the blues' after my second baby (mine are 13 months apart). My mom was over to visit and I started crying when I asked her if she wanted a cup of coffee.... I told her I didn't know why I was crying. I was really happy. And then wailed, haha... She called my brother afterwards and told him to give my some space because I was feeling overwhelmed. So he called me and I was like, "wth? No, come on over!" It only lasted a couple of weeks, max, and didn't start until after I got home, so a week postpartum? I can't stop watching your channel and I am really enjoying this video. Such great memories you conjure up for me. Now, in search of the rest of the story! God Bless

I think sunlight and music are known to help regulate mood. Obviously an ssri helps a lot more, but if you’re not already on one, it takes up to two weeks to start to work. I wouldn’t recommend getting on one unless you have chronic issues with depression or anxiety. Keep your mind occupied if you’re not having good thoughts
