Always remember that ALLAH is the best of planners and HE is the All knowing so try your best but leave the rest to ALLAH.. only ALLAH knows the proper time and when it is more suitable for a person to get married. Don't become disappointed and follow the advice of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayihi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam) and stay away from haram by fasting.
