Sharing MY WEEKLY WORKOUT ROUTINE. This is what i do every week to stay fit and strong. Working out gives me the energy and strength i need to be the best mom and wife i can be. I hope this video helps you see that every mom can find their routine even with all of life's demands on us!

thank you for sharing this. I have enjoyed your series. I def. have learned some things. Its also nice to see what another mom is doing who looks awesome but like a normal person not a body builder.

amanda casey Thankyou so so much! Your comment is exactly what I was going for! There is such a lack of fit moms sharing who aren't bikini competitors! (Not that anything is wrong with that), but it's not everyone's goal! Thanks so much for your comment and watching the series!

What do you do with your children when you are working out? Does your gym have a daycare older children can attend or is your spouse watching them?

I'm new to your channel. I use to be hard core about working out. Lots of Les Mills. Love their programs. I had my 4th baby 17 months ago. I'm busy with the kids so I haven't got back to working out. I was just curious why you don't recommended women not doing cardio. Loving your videos keep them coming trying to get motivated. Also what about a video of what you eat in a day?? Explaining calorie intake?

Alicia Webb so glad to have you here! No worries on the eating video, I'll be doing more of those! I don't count calories, only macronutrients! So the reason why I don't recommend a ton of cardio simply answered is, is because weight lifting burns more calories, builds muscle faster which in turn raises your resting metabolic rate, meaning your metabolism functions faster all the time! How old were you when started working out and getting fit?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on crossfit. I had my 3rd baby 3 months ago and have never really worked out. I've gone to crossfit twice to try it out and it absolutely kills me. Should I start of with something more gentle or push through ?

Oh ERIN, what a great question! I am very passionate about this topic. Crossfit in and of itself isn't bad. Its the too much too soon, without proper form that can result in catastrophic injuries. I'd recommend a long form and proper technique class, with a coach at your box before you start trying to add on weight. All pvc pipe. After a month or so of that, then you can progress safely. From what it sounds like your probably doing too much too soon! Be careful!!!

What do you recommend for diastasis recti? I have had ten babies and I have a large ab separation. When I work out I can see definition forming in all of the other parts of my body but my stomach still looks like I'm carrying a baby.

YES! I know this all too well, unfortunately things may never be quite as you'd like them, but you can definitely improve them. The biggest thing recommend is standing or sitting tall and pulling your abdominals in to your spine. Increase the time you can hold the abs together before you exhale and take a huge big breath. This made this biggest impact in my core!

Anchors and arrows- Look into fit2b dot com. She is amazing and I pretty much closed my d.r. Gap during my 4th pregnancy! Avoid putting any pressure on the pelvic floor-Beth's workouts are all "tummy safe" so you don't risk damaging your core.
