Hi ladies! I’m on day 28 of Whole 30, and you wouldn’t believe my transformation so far! I am an older, morbidly obese woman and I literally took 10 years off my face in just 28 days! I feel like I need to stay on this for as long as possible. I have tons of food I can’t eat in my cupboards, but I do struggle with sugar addiction so maybe I shouldn’t come off of this. You both look amazing! Great job and way to go for staying strong!! 🙌 High Five! :)
I'm doing a Daniel fast I think in April, along with a Daniel Bible study. I'm also completely changing my eating habits in March, so not a "diet," but a lifestyle change. I'm going to be more: whole foods plant based. I get IBS from dairy and processed/refined foods. I've treated this temple with disrespect for too long. My biggest struggle with sin is gluttony. But by God's strength; I know He will deliver me from it.
@15:20 there is no such thing as whole30 compliant brownies. In the website it says one of the rules is “no recreating baked goods, treats or junk food with approved ingredients”
First time here and I was impress that you are implementing the word of God. And you are also trying to build your relationship with God. God is the source of your strength.
I couldn’t love this video more! Thank you so much for sharing the food but also your heart and what God has laid on it 🤎 I would also love to know what your lip color is during day 19 please!
I know this is both of y’all’s 2nd round of W30 so I’m wondering what your thoughts are on the “whole 30 compliant brownies” I know you’re really not supposed to recreate baked good with whole 30 compliant ingredients.. was this a choice you made since both of you had already done this before or maybe just because you typically eat somewhat healthy anyway and staying away from sweet treats wasn’t something you struggled with before this challenge?
@@VolleyKL you slowly reintroduce foods back into your diet and her latte was over a week later and with oat milk. Pretty normal way to proceed after Whole30.
This wasn’t a whole 30🤷🏻♀️ I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the way you ate, but a simple google search can tell you that kombucha and recreated baked goods aren’t whole30 and smoothies and using fruit as a dessert aren’t recommended. Just wanted to point this out for anyone who is coming to this video for info on doing the diet themselves
Plantain chips, smoothies and kombucha are not compliant . You should read the actual whole 30 books if you're going to commit to a challenge like this.
Thanks so much for the video. 🙂 My husband and I will be starting whole 30 soon. He’s done it before, but it’ll be my first time. I noticed you had coffee. I read that it has to be black coffee. Were you a little lenient in regards to your drinks? I’m asking bc I have 3 kids….coffee is key, but I don’t like black coffee. I was just going to skip the coffee for the 30 days bc 🤮😂 Thanks again!
Hey, you could try switching out sweets/sugars for fruits that sweets of your choice. As a beginner you should really pray and seek the Holy Spirit to guide you if you are a believer. So he can sustain you! Pick veggies 🥕🥗 that you like to exchange for processed foods. Drinking more water, smoothies are really good! If there’s anything else you’re curious about. I’ll love to answer it. 🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥
@CO BE it's not anti OT they are just referencing where in the NT it specifically lifts the food restrictions from the OT (basically says it's all fine to eat but if eating it causes you guilt then for you it's wrong and if you eating it causes your brother to stumble don't eat around it around them). If you want to eat by OT standards you can your just not obligated to if you follow the NT.
