@@damianporterhighperformanc2188 I also really enjoyed on the Delta 3 podcast how you got them discussing their workouts. I have always wondered what SMU/ Tier 1 guys from around the world do as a daily workout. I am an LE supervisor and always harping on team about fitness. I am currently weight training 4 days a week, 45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week and two night a week of BJJ. Seems to work for me. Have a great day
