This is, by far, the best version of Silent Night I have ever heard.

Their 5 part harmony melts me every time

The first part, with Scott, Mitch, and Kirstin is a traditional carol. Then Kevin and Avi join in and it becomes a straight-up lullaby. Even better, the vocals were recorded live that this location instead of using the studio track. It's fantastic.

The chances of this group coming together was so infinitesimally small that only the powers that be in the universe could have made it happen. I’m glad they decided to do that to allow us mere mortals to have something to brighten our days. Three kids (Scott, Mitch, Kirstie) meet as children who love to sing and decide to keep singing together in school and local theater. As a side note, can you imagine trying to keep those three reigned in in high school choir? Scott, Mitch and Kirstie say that she did help them learn to blend better. They become life-long friends. Scott befriends Ben Bram who helps Scott get on The Sing Off. Ben introduces Scott to Avi. Scott talks Kevin into giving up med school at Yale and joining four strangers to compete on The Sing Off. They actually win the show. Sony drops them so they decide to start building their Pentaholic following on You Tube. Viral videos, and great music follows, and they get resigned to Sony. Avi decides to leave the group and they find another great bass in Matt. While Matt is not Avi, he is still excellent and I think he blends even better with the other members of PTX. If anything happens differently along that path Pentatonix does not exist, and the world is a lesser place.

Five part harmony, just them and probably one mic and a camera. Perfection

This is commonly found when listening to an emotional song of theirs or just the sheer beauty of their work. Commonly found when listening to Mary Did You Know, Hallelujah, Amazing Grace, Imagine, The Prayer, Prayers for This World and most especially Thank You. 5. The What Did I Just Hear Face. Happens when Pentatonix starts strong, or when you hear a really special note or Kevin sound. Is usually accompanied by rewinding the video or song to make sure your ears really heard what they heard. Those times are too many to list, but the most common rewind at the start moment is the beginning of Sound of Silence.

I would like to suggest " Oh Holy Night " by Celine Dion, 1998 " These Are Special Times ". An incredible performance, by possibly the best voice that Canada has ever produced . I know you will really enjoy it. Thanks.

Carrie Underwood has a beautiful Christmas song that she co wrote on her Christmas album, My Gift, called, “Sweet Baby Jesus”. It is beautiful. Y’all should check it out. Also, her song, Little Drummer Boy, with her son, Isaiah, when he was 5, at the time is adorable.

You're getting a lot of clipping and distortion in the audio lately. You might want to check that you're not over-driving your equipment.
