About 10 minutes into the video i started playing a drinking game where i took a drink every time he said "i skipped this opening". Im at 23 minutes in now, ive taken 75 drinks and im fucked up.

There actually is a Slice of Life One Piece. Its the Hungry Days Cup Noodles commercials. Filled with spoilers, following certain scenes from the OG universe, except in a High School setting. Marine Ford is a Cavalry Battle, Vivi has to move, so the Straw Hats make a show of their fists of solidarity on a cell phone video, Nami's boss at the restaurant she moonlights at is Arlong, and Mihawk is the top Kendo student at school. And that's not even getting into all the normalfied character cameo easter eggs.

It's so hard me(demarco) too! Fight together is probably my second favorite with peak being #1. Paint is very good too! But I'd say 3rd for me is probably 18(hard knock days)

Great video! The sea kings actually live on Calm Belt, which is a band running on both sides of the Grand Line.

No, they live everywhere. Sea BEASTS live mainly on the grand line. The lord of the coast was a sea king, momoo was a sea beast brought from the grand line.

The version of OP7 you watched was a special version of OP7, they added the singers of the opening to episode 303 that came out on April Fools day of 2007. That's the two random characters that were just... There.

Yeah I also felt the same. It's my least liked Wano opening (It's average for me). My favorite Wano opening is Paint and yet I didn't know that a lot of people actually don't like that opening lol. Subjectivity on its finest hahaha

Didn't feel any nostalgia while hearing the song as I skipped the openings but when I see the scenes in the opening the nostalgia hits very hard. Really miss those days when stakes were not very high. I really wish I could experience those days again. My favourite opening would be op14 followed by op25 and op21.

The thing that I found similar on some of these one piece opening reactors is their lack of ability to distinguish something different. Opening 7. It's obviously being sung by the VA and most of them can't tell. Seems this generation has a short memory.

its not immediately noticeable though. I thought it was just another group singing the opening lol obviously looking back on it and listening to it now i can hear it but my wife has never seen the show so she definitely wouldn't know.

Oh, yes, there are TONS of things about One Piece that are exclusive to the manga, mostly lore stuff. And stories not seen in the show, due to low ratings the last time they used one that didn't feature the main cast. For example, the hardships CP9 went through in avoiding the Buster Call. There's even one where Enel(or Eneru) jas some adventures on the moon and becomes it's people's God, VIA CONSENT. Crazy idea, I know. Also, aliens and space pirates are canonical in One Piece.
