Hi guys! Today I show you guys what I do when I workout at home. I find it is really simple and I like to switch it up here and there but this is what I basically have been doing for bit. I have seen a lot of improvement in the development of my abs and I will definitely update you guys with another routine soon. I am in NO WAY a professional! I am definitely doing a lot of these workouts incorrectly, but I just wanted to share with you what has been working for me. Hope you guys enjoy :))))))
