I have also seen this kind of things.. When last time I give my interview there is a girl she can't speak well nd she was shivering at that time but she got selected... Nd the HR is like giving her confident nd asking questions again nd again she don't even answer that questions properly

I think this is only true for Delhi interviews, because I recently went for my first Cabin Crew interview of all time, and it happened to be of Indigo. I'd watched your video a few days before going for the interview and was completely ready to be rejected as it was my first interview. This was in Kolkata. And the recruiters were actually really nice to me! ❤ But what I did notice was that they play close attention to your grammar, vocabulary, and how you present yourself.

I thought I was the only one to experience this. The interview which I gave was in Saket,Delhi last month. The HR was taking interview of 20 girls together. She selected 4 girls out of the group in first round, she knew two girls by name beforehand from previous interview sessions, the girls were not even fluent in English, barely spoke a sentence correctly, gromming was also not upto the mark. the third girl was selected only because she started crying and made a whole scene there. There was this girl from tip to toe she was radiating proffesionalism, she spoke so well and fluently, I thought she would definitely make it to the next stage, but HR barely looked at her. It was my first interview experience with Indigo and I guess they are committed to shortlisting dozens of underconfident girls no doubt why the airline is always in trouble. The selection process was not fair and just. Poor experience. 🥱🥱

The Indigo company must take strict action for those HR manager... Bcz if they hire those type of girls then the passengers in flight may insult the cabin crews of Indigo that they aren't able to speak nd many more bcz of 1 crew every hard working girl will be insulted .....nd no need to worry much more aftr interview there is exm in which 90% is pass mark if she can't crack that exm..there is no value for curropting in interview

I had pretty much the same experience with Indigo in Chandigarh What happened was the HR who was quite young almost 26-27 first came to the hall before the interview started nd yelled at everyone saying leave these table and chairs at the back for me... literally she scolded girls who were just sitting peacefully nd asked them to leave their seats nd made them stand cuz no other seats were vacant. We just shaked that off nd then she again came nd asked the girls who were waiting to go inside the interview room to go nd sit,they were standing in the que for more than 15 minutes nd she said go back. No management of conducting the interview properly was there,no token no or anything,it was all a mess Later,she sat at the back of the hall in the waiting area nd started calling 10 girls at a time to give interview Only 9 girls went there that to after 5 mints of her calling again n again. Since I was sitting at front I thought some other girl might go but when no one did I stood up out of almost 100 girls went there nd sat in front of her. She began asking questions from left to right bt the first girl she asked the question from said ma'am start from the other side. Nd she agreed (I feel that thing depicted that she was not confident giving the answer before others. The question she asked was a person uh admire Girls didn't even understand the question properly some answered X admires me some answered in broken english that I admire my mother,almost 4 girls said my mother bt I said my teacher. Then came the turn of that girl she copied the answer of others nd with hardly understandable english she answered nd the HR only asked her the second question what is ur qualifications nd she answered that in the same manner To our surprise,she ended up selecting only that girl for the 2nd round. That didn't make any sense to me I was so disappointed that I didn't even asked her for the feedback nd left immediately. Nd I don't see myself going for the interview anytime soon at least not in Chandigarh.

Listen! It's happening not only in indigo in vistara also, so if you r going to give your interview in airline go fast and pick 1 or 2nd tocken no. Only otherwise they won't select they will just focus on that girl who has given money to them , that's the true procedure!

Whatever she have said was truth ... There is no point to take off or judges. I have face the same , and i have make myself i will never go for indigo interview again , the HR, That lady was really rude ,those who have went for indigo interview might know it was the same hr . Always she took in Gurgaon and delhi she is short in height brown skin , very disrespectful and proud type she will choose according to her choice whether that person did not say any words if she like she just select and whoever even answer so well if she don like she won't select, that hr. really spoil the image of indigo , i wish that HR . Was out from her job if she continues doing this job no Candidates will come because of her , She is the real witchcraft. I have never seen such hr. In any Airlines. For E.G air India hr.are so good friendly respected n Beautiful too i love the way how take and interview friendly plus there is no personality they do their work faithfully big respect to air India, however the indigo hr.are don have humanity on them they are doing things according to there wish like playing a joker poker .thanks to this RU-vidr who have flash the truth colour of Indigo hrs ..i wish and i hope nobody face again this type of pain we have been through.❤

I totally agree maybe her name is Rakhi Negi not sure she always act like mature girl inside she is a bachi even she don't know how to take interviews ... Her behaviour is like rikshaw wala.. wo candidate's ko aise dekhti hy jaise wo hume jhel rhi ho uske wajese maine jana hi band kar dia specially delhi location me Aisa hote hy... I don't know they asking money or not but that girl she is let it be... Finely someone talking about her very proud of you girl.... Just try airindia and vistara respect kise kehte hy you will feel.. indigo bura nhi hy bass ye 3rd party walo ko deke aise toxic bana dia hy specially that HR Rakhi.... Hiii broo Idk kon tha apka HR aur itne time phle ki baat kr rhe ho but for you kind info essex farms m toh feb k baad interview hi nhi hue and even new location k sath they come up with new pretty young HR's and they are so supportive and understanding i saw them fighting with panelist for there candidates to selected, although I'm not selected in indigo fer bhi there is a tall HR she is so helpful she told me where i need to improve and I'm working on that. And they took money impossible making this big statement you have any proof nhi hoga khud app itne interview deke bhi selected nhi ho paa rhi and ab companies ko badnam kr rhe hai and they all are employee of indigo not a out side party YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING AND MAKING SUCH VIDEO SERIOUSLY DUDE GO AND IMPROVE YOUR SELF THAT'S GRT YOU ARE NOT SELECTED OTHERWISE OMG, BLESSED THE COMPANY WHO SELECT YOU. #peace#indigo#indigocabin crew

Yesterday only I went to the indigo interview and in the 4th round they asked us to conceal our moles and if possible remove it .I was so surprised that they did that like seriously moles like I can agree that scars and marks should not be there but moles .

Yess that's so true.. i have also given the interview so many times.. and there's one HR came evrytime who did the same thing with me.. no matter how good i am speaking she always put my resume aside.. and yess that thing also happen jinko aaise hi le liya jaata h.. vo log bilkul bhi consistency nhi dekhte.. Paisa chlta h bss.. i can understand ki aapko kitna bura lgaa hogaa...

I also giving interviews continuously from past two years in indigo itself I have give 15 interviews but honestly I never get selected for the second round like the HR always recognised me and rejected me even I used to speak well and that donation and reference one I also faced in indigo. Even the HR didnt ask proper questions from me

What did those HR think of themselves..! That's not the proper way to behave, they want good, calm/polite personality with smiling face during an interview but before starting the interview they spoil the mood of candidates by behaving rudely... That was my 2 interview with indigo and mostly girls were talking about it in front of me like she would not hire anyone she would hire only those girls who has reference. Hi.. don’t loose hope.. you will obviously get through however just work on your communication skill in English.. Hindi is fine and you are more comfortable in it. Try speaking more in English so that you will have the fluency.

But I Still remember that day two girls wo log aaye the pune ae they attended indigo interview in Saket and the Rakhi Negi her name her height is too short she took the interview that day... Wo dono ne itne atche bola apna best dia but wo sunne se phle hi cv rejected kr dia.. behaviour itna kharab hy uss ladki ka kiya hi bolu.... Indigo jaise largest airlines ko usne mazak Bana k rkha hy behaviour k wajese attitude itna dikhati hy jaise CEO ho indigo k wohi sab sambhal rhi hy.. baki HR i think there behaviour is good they are kind answer krti hain... But that short height wali huhh...

Hie everyone Whatever she is saying I agree vo Sahi honge shayd unke sath Aisa hua because of her communication skills which is clearly visible in this video when she is trying to speak in English and that’s why HR must have told her to prepare and come back. HRs are well deserved to be seated on that position for some reason. Go check the comment section I’m not the only one who is facing this problem there are lot of girls who had faced this and I’m not trying to defame the company I’m just trying to tell that the management team for taking interview hired by company are doing such kind of things they are taking bribe for the selection of candidates and not selecting the deserving candidates instead of they are selecting the girls who don’t know how to speak in English who are not able to communicate. If I had already seen all this in front of my eyes so how can I believe to your words not me even no one is going to believe you and the person who is facing all this, knows better than the person who is not so do your job if you are lucky and got selected and didn’t faced anything like this so that’s good and it’s my channel so I have right to post anything you are not supposed to stop me and I’m not lying lot of girls commented what they had faced.👍🏻

Sahi bolre ho aap. I had already experienced this in my very first tym there was a girl calling somebody in the washroom and saying mene dedia h interview abh aap sambhal Lena ok on call. And in my second interview in Noida in ,3rd round which is vedio callround happening the girl's were cheating in front of HR. And she's not saying any single word there.

No dear aisa kuch ni hota all interviews are taken under cctv survilance so this all is rumour there are more than 250 girls at every interview so this kind of things can’t be tolerable👍🏻
