I think you should share this copra (consumer protection act ) you had all prove . They can surely help if they also didn't then there also various government agencies for consumer protection that are surely free so being a good consumer you should do this . The girl was talking in such a rude way , we always talk we should respect women but also we should respect men , there is no problem in gender it's a problem in our thinking thanks Rabh rakha 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The same happened with me in my city airport in 2016. I booked jet airways for Delhi and when I reached airport they said there is no seats left in the aircraft. But I talked very strictly to them. And they arranged my seat in an air India flight, which was even departing early than jet flight. Luckily I arrived Delhi earlier. And it helped a lot arriving early and it was easy to catch my another connecting flight.

Today onwards no Vistara flight's in my life do the legal action against them we all support you!

I’ve recently traveled with Vistara and the service they have provided to their customers is poor af. My Mom had asked/ordered a coffee from their cabin crew and non of them have provided my mom a cup of coffee(even though she had reminded them twice to give her a coffee).

It was a case of overbooking..... This happenes every time when they overbook the flight and there are no cancelations..... That's why they would waste your time and ignore you till you accept their offer to board a different flight....

*Almost similar experience* with Me and my friends (aged between 20-21) when we were travelling from Delhi to Mumbai from Indira Gandhi International Airport. We got our ticket of AirIndia from terminal 1 at 7pm. As soon as he gave us ticket, he told us that the flight is from terminal 3 at 9:30pm so we had to rush. We reached the boarding pass desk at terminal 3 around 7:45pm. Some airindia staff asked us to stay in a certain queue. Few minutes later a guy announced the last call for passengers flying to Mumbai, fortunately he took us to other desk by-passing the queue. Then a guy turned up and started shouting at us that you've to ask us before standing in a line. It was almost 8:30pm then we called that announcer and he agreed that he allowed us to stand at that desk by-passing the queue. Then that arrogant guy shouted at announcer about this. Somehow that desk lady took almost 20min and gave us flight of 11pm. *Moral: if one has to travel through terminal 3 then that person must get web check-in done or reach the boarding pass desk before 6hrs of your flight* At least Service desk people were polite with MSK, but they behaved with us in rude manner.

This type of service & behavior doesn't give any good impact on your brand Vistara.. Shame on you

Airlines do overbooking because only 90% of booked seats take flights

Mail them the vistara officials the whole clip with video footage Mention the name of the specific people who couldn't help you out or rather created more problems for you. The particular officials should be investigated not the whole vistara crew as it has good review in general

I had to face the same problem earlier. I was traveling to delhi to bangalore even reaching airport 2hr before I was forced to miss my flight. It's a worst part you should face with vistara airlines I didn't got my refund. Bhai we are with you 👉 Get your competition charges. I understand the mental torcher of missing a flight.

Same happened with me in AIR INDIA where i was denied to board the flight from kol-guwahati though we reached the counter 45 mins. They told us check in is closed and we cant help you in any way

Use the same footage and approach consumer forum. File a case against Vistara and ask them to refund your ticket fare along with compensation for the inconvenience.

File online consumer court complaint followed by DGCA n attach the audio clip as well and pull them on Social media as well ...!!

Once I’d reached airport too late. My flight was UK814 BLR- DEL. When I went to the entry gate firstly security personnel didn’t allowed me to enter then I straightly went to the Vistara counter and explained the reason of reaching late and after 30 seconds they allowed me to enter but after reaching the check-in counter they were not giving me the boarding pass and told me that the “counter is closed”. After minutes of discussion he gave me the boarding pass and entered the security check with priority. So until and unless the boarding gate is open till last minutes of departure time you’ve the right to get the boarding pass. So don’t blame the entire airline for the unprofessional team for the period of time.Talk straight to them instead of filming it, they will make it more complicate, probabilities will more to “fly the new feeling”. And to be frank I’d reached airport at 9:15 pm and departure time of the flight was at 9:40 pm.

Msk and MSD both missed flight after waking up whole night, the upset is real.

Bro am telling you they have oversold there flight, they gives your seats to someone else, vistara sould give you compensation of 400% of actual ticket price as per DGCA policy in case of overbooking, go on tweeter and tweet about it as well, sadly they fooled you😠
