Hi everyone, welcome to my channel (Life of Clay), and if you’re new here, I’m Kenji, the Sculptor and the creator of Life of Clay.
I made this video slideshow of all the sculpture I made this year 2022 for you guys to see all of them in one compilation which I always do every year’s end. To be honest, I also enjoy the slideshow of my works, bringing me back all the memories when I’m working/building each one of them.
I know they are small in number because I am into quality of my works which took me more time to produce one. But of course, I’m also into quantity too, most especially when people become interested with my works to the point that they want to buy them and don’t know how to meet the increasing demand of collectors and hobbyists.
I should say I sculpt not only by my hands but my heart and mind, that in every piece I make, I’m too meticulous in terms of details. I want every model to be nearly look-like the live species and as natural as possible. Example is by planting hairs on my tarantula sculpture one by one that gives hibbie jibbies to the viewer and same goes in painting them.
On the other hand, editing of each video always taking me a large amount of time and cause me a week or more of sleepless nights, just to produce an enjoyable, entertaining, educational and easy to follow video tutorial. And I hope I still made you entertained, and you find my videos enjoyable and useful.
I’m not yet fulltime in sculpting because there are other personal things I need to attend as well. But someday in God’s will and perfect time, I can spend more time focusing in creating nature inspired sculpture and I’m really looking forward to that. And I thank God for this gift He gave me, and it’s my joy to share it with you guys.
