i hope they ramp up productoion of mycoproteins so they can become more affordable. If we can make more cheap healthy meat subsittutes and lower the price of mushrooms we can really improve out health and lower overall meat consumption. Studies have found mixing mushrooms with meat actually improved flavor and satiety of the meat, and if i recall correctly they found that people enjoyed the taste at up to around 75% mushroom 25% meat, so we could start making alot more ground meat products like hamburger and meatloaf with added mushrooms and seriosuly drop meat consumption and production.
