I think most games shown in tournements end this early because currently there no requirments to join tournaments so skill levels are extremely unbalanced currently

Also you have to consider it's still in CLOSED BETA. They're still adjusting matches and characters

I think a huge part of why pro games snowball so hard is that if a team is behind, they can’t freely farm lanes, so they pick up the jungle. Then if they’re behind, they still die, drop most of those jungle souls and fall further behind, while the winning team just scoops up the souls and gets away with the game. This is also on top of objective being easily killed and other snowbally mechanics. It’s a very tricky process for Valve to find the right parts to balance with the way the game is fundamentally designed

The Patron has a death beam but I think it's bugged. Sometimes I see it tracking targets but other times it just shoots into a wall for no reason.

This happens a lot in the early days of an esports. NIP won like 87 maps in a row at the beginning of CSGO. It will probably balance itself out as the scene actually develops.
