I grew up in a city on the Mediterranean similar to this. Swim and enjoy the sun everyday, at that time I didn’t realize how blessed I was all I wanted was to pursue my dreams. Now I’m thousands miles away I came to the conclusion that dreams and hopes don’t come true and if I go back in time I would have never thought about leaving. 😢😢

Those shopkeeper are greeks, also this is just part of Mykonos , there are villages where local lives obviously and no we don't mind tourist, we welcome everyone just be respectful, our economy rely s on tourism.
^have you gone to greece in July or August? I wanted to go to Athens and 3 islands.... but i am worried it will be way to hot and uncomfortable to enjoy as i want to take my grandparents with us who are in their 60s. Is it very humid? Are islands generally more cooler?
Avoid going out at noon, i mean in the sun when the sun its at its peak times. You can just chill on a shop at these hours. I see many tourists doing that mistake. Early morning will be more cool and also in afternoon to go to beach or do activities if its too hot. Going in the sun for example at 1-2 o clock that sun is burning might give you more uncomfortable experience due to hot.
myknos is a for rich???? everythings r a expensive??? im korean and few yrs ago i just had been athens and santorini island i start wondered this island because of korean drama
There are 250 Islands in Greece for all tastes and budgets.... Mykonos, Santorini are 2 Islands for the rich but this doesn't mean you can't visit them... there are Islands nearby that cost less...
@@AngieHarding-k5j there are quiet islands, they cost less, and certainly less traffic... I don't doubt that Santorini or Mykonos are beautiful but people look for traffic, overcrowded places and then complain
