Sorry to inform you but Mykonos is so overrated. You can get the exact same services (food, accommodation, etc.) for half the price on Naxos which is the island next door. Oh and less people on Naxos too.
Yeah man it looks so overcrowded and probably expensive. But for one or two days it could be nice (short visit). For a long visit I would prefer a quieter place myself.
People don't go there for the services. They go there to see celebrities or to show themselves as celebrities. To get bragging rights and be perceived as part of the cool wealthy people's club.
I felt such a sense of warmth and hospitality while watching this walking tour🤗. It was great to see how friendly and welcoming the people of Mykonos are.
This has been both enjoyable & interesting viewing. The weather was so nice @ the time of filming. As a part Greek & Balkan woman, it's always wonderful to see Greece & in this case, Mykonos! I will surely visit Greece some day in the very near future, because I'm addicted to the history of Greece & global history in general. I also love Greek culture, the food & of course, the warm, friendly, welcoming & hospitable Greek people. It's always great to see, the many varying regions of Greece & so too, the rest of Europe & the greater world. It's surely a truly interesting & beautiful planet we all inhabit, so we should all work together to take care of our home.
Myconos is a very beautiful and lively island with very high end services, comforts and world class shopping. Yes the island is expensive, for example most organized beaches charge 100 euro per 2 sunbeds (some included food in the price others didnt). If you want to go there be ready to spend some money to enjoy the best the island has to offer. Otherwise you may want to try Paros island which is an equally pleasant alternative but less costly. As always to get the most out of your vacation in Greece, avoid 1-15 August as this is the very busy period, prices are sky high, and you wont enjoy your time as much with all the congestion.
I saw a few of the most beautiful women I've ever seen in this video alone. It is just magical at night! If you live here or can afford to be here often, consider yourself blessed.
Overcrowded average island. Nothing special. There is so much more to see in Greece than Mykonos. Let the vacuous Instagram types stay here and leave the hidden gems to the rest of us. Samos, Amorgos, Kefalonia, Paros, Naxos, Skiathos, are far better, to name just a few, let alone places on the mainland like Halkidiki and Pilion.
It’s nice to see that the nightlife has bounced back. I’m more of a La Setenta fan, but the vibe of Provenza and Parque Lleras is one of a kind. Viva Medellin!
Wonderfull Life without any Economy . EU Parlament is Paying and Goldman Sachs Bank is giving State Credits and they live a Life in Monaco. Great Politics !
If you want to go to the Greek islands, June through September is a good time to visit. But I'd say avoid 1-15 August (high Season) as it tends to get to crowded and prices go up.
Well, all holiday resorts take money from the pockets of visitors, but I don't know if this is a "playground for the rich", especially when here in Europe we have, for example, the Cote d'Azur and Monaco.😎
I have visited many countries in the world, but the most beautiful city, Istanbul, the most beautiful country, Turkey, I saw that the most hospitable people are Turks.❤️❤️
