Welcome to the third group of exercises in the first phase of Myobrace therapy. Here you will be introduced to correct swallowing and the tongue clock game. We love these exercises because they are so fun make a huge impact. We work really in depth with kiddos who have reverse swallow and try to teach them to implement correct swallow into their daily lives. The tongue clock game is a fun way to stretch the tongue and increase range of motion.

In your mouth! 😆.... Sorry, couldn't resist. You are right, she doesn't say where the tongue should be. I'm no expert, but I'm guessing in that spot behind the upper front teeth.

The most basic thing to know is you want your tongue going up instead of forward as going forward will push on your teeth. So your tongue should be coming up behind but not pushing on your front teeth. I hope this helps!
