Well what he is saying is that He and Kenny are able to get the right people in the right positions in parliament that is competent and knowledgeable to lead this country. He is a businessman so he is able to provide funding for his party and if this country has a better economy, he would obviously benefit from it greatly too...he says that Julius cannot be trusted and I think he knows why he says it.
