Located in the heart of the Capital, just 2 kms from Rashtrapati Bhawan in South Avenue Market , we experienced the authentic Flavors of Karnataka.

Dosas in Mysore are called ‘dhose, or dosey’; however, that’s not the only distinguishing factor; it’s the taste, texture, composition, and method of preparation that makes dhose of Mysore a must-experience for all gastronomes.
Indulge your taste buds in the authentic flavors of Mysore as we explore the unique Carnatic menu ,blend of aromatic spices, traditional recipes, at Mysore café.
From traditional South Indian delicacies like dosas, idlis, panyarams ( Appe) & more, every dish at Mysore Cafe promises to transport you to the vibrant streets of Mysore.
We relished some of the traditional Mysore breakfast items which is simple, wholesome and delicious.
1. Set dosa- Served in set of 3 dosa per serving along with coconut chutney and sambar .Also known as sponge dosa. It is soft ,light, spongy and again a very healthy breakfast. We have captured the making of the set dosa in our video, do watch it .

2. Sambar had a very unique and authentic flavour . The veggies included carrots, beans, pumpkin, along with the spices.
( sambar serving is unlimited !)
3. Mysore Masala Dosa- Crispy dosa , with coating of inhouse made Chutney of Garlic ,tomato ,red chilli and spices and stuffed with fresh mashed potatoes including curry pata, mustard, dry red pepper ,onion .

4. Paniyaram, also know as APPE, are small circular dumplings made from batter of urad dal , rice traditional breakfast in south Indian cusine ( served 8 pieces in 1 serving along with coconut chutney and sambar.

5. Mysore Pak’. one of the finest sweet dishes in India , they serve the old traditional version of Mysore Pak which is hard texture, now -a days you get Soft mysore pak in the market.
