Every one showing MySQL clustering on youtube(percona xtradb ,Galera,group replication,etc). But I want to do simple write and read replicas and also integrate with a demo with frontend+backend app!. In case someone else gets this. This is because you are doing it on live mysql server that already has data. You first need to import data from master to slave and then start replication. Look it up on how to turn on replication with existing data
