Couples saints st dymphna and St. John Licci, depression, loss memory and traumatic brain injury. Beautiful. Saint Dymphna is only 15 years and a martyr and St John Licci is the oldest man, he is 111 years old.
Mine is st Joseph OF Cupertino I having learning disabilities he understands how hard it is for me to remember what was taught, and I know he would never be angry with me for not getting it the first time. 🤗
I am a spiritual seeker that loves to observe so many faiths. These saints are a beautiful representation of god and another door to his kingdom. This is a beautiful gift to those on earth. ❤️❤️
I was curious if where saints located in heaven since we know that there was a heirarchy in heaven from angels up until God but there's no mention where saints are allocated.
Reading the books of the New Testament, we probably asked ourselves more than once: *"Why 2000 years we do not see those miracles that accompanied the Сhurch of Christ in the I century, as described in the New Testament?"* Why do the so-called preachers of Christ have to prove that Jesus really existed and atheists boldly deny the historicity or divine origin of Christ? Maybe because the Сhurch of Christ has not existed for 2000 years? The Сhurch does not exist in the form in which it is presented in the books of the New Testament, but there are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and other christian sects claiming to be the place of the Church, but they not have the only thing that distinguishes the divine from the human and is characteristic of just the Сhurch of Christ -the reinforcement of the word with signs, that is, miracles (Mark 16:15-20). Therefore, some researchers doubt the historicity of Christ, and some of them are not opposed to declaring him a an ordinary philosopher, teacher. But even if Jesus were an ordinary philosopher, his disciples would be ordinary followers of Jesus. And they would not dare to write about the miracles that not only Jesus, but also his disciples, could perform. In this world, the great fertility of atheism can be explained by the fact that there is no main opponent of critics of the Bible - the Church. If there were the Church in our time as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed, the sick are healed, where prophesied, and the dead are raised, no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then there would be the same controversy throughout the world as in the first century - Jesus the Son of God or the false prophet who seduces the world by miracles. As a result, we can say that the emergence and development of christian sects and atheism was the result of the fact that over the 2000 years the Сhurch of Christ did not exist. This is exactly what Adam did, he cannot control himself from not eating the fruit in the middle of paradise. Where is self sacrifice so we can obey God? This is what Lent is all about. Fasting and asking praying to God to help us with self control so we can prove that we can obey God. The new Eve and Adam is Jesus and Mary. They always say say yes to God and doesn’t disobey Him.
As a Catholic myself I have always prayed to the saints and to our heavenly mother for intercession. I have also seen angels and have had the experience of even miracles via the divine intervention of angels. Likewise I have had many of my prayers for intercession answered, even in the most unlikely circumstances. Therefore I conclude that in order for one to be open to receiving such experiences they must first have belief in their hearts, as any doubts will only hinder this process, and to have total faith. In fact I am very certain that belief and faith are at the forefront of all spiritually divine experiences and processes.
So why does Jesus or God need a saint to intercede, can't an all powerful, all knowing, all loving god just receive the message directly? or does he just not have a very long attention span? Or does he not care if a saint doesn't think the request is a good idea? So now religion is this bureaucratic chain of command, if the saint doesn't pass the message can I request an appeal hearing from God? Or why Don't I always pray directly to god instead, are you telling me god is too busy to hear me? So is Mary like Gods wive? or more of a daughter or just an associate? All these different gods, not to mention the Devil, Jesus and all the demons and angels, isn't this starting to feel like the ancient multiple-god Pagan religions?
Jesus doesn't, as the video says, we need saints as examples of their life and their examples of prayer for us to follow. The patron saints are just those who are felt to be relevant to us today.
