What a shame!! The exterior stone is just beautiful!! The driveway and walkway would have been really nice in its day! The floor plan was very unique. Great find! Thanks for showing!
Hi Ethan WOW! What a cool house. Love the hot tub. I think you are right about it being a show house. Those walls there were the kind you can hang things on. I wonder why they left their truck there. What did they do walk away from this house. All the mold in the basement was gross 🤮. I didn’t care for the upstairs kitchen. The master bedroom was awesomely cool. Really big property. The garage in the backyard was huge. This was a really nice home. Too bad it was left to rot away. The big pond was neat. Too bad you could never swim in it. I’m surprised they didn’t have a pool. Well Ethan you have done it again. You have shown us a real beauty of a house. Thank you. Always stay safe and well.👍🆒
The wood in this place was amazing. I liked the doors (bedrooms and even the closet ones), the amount of light in the basement, and that fun purple tile in the kitchen too! I bet this house looked pretty wild when it had the teal walls! They'll probably drain that pond so they can stick another house there, but what a shame if they do... imagine how much fun it must've been to be able to go ice skating on your own backyard pond (let's hope they did!). Anyway, thanks so much for sharing it Ethan, and take care until next time! 🙂
Like the house, but that sunken bedroom was a bit odd. Personally, I'd be tripping over those stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, the place has lots of light, awesome brick fireplaces and massive rooms. You could put an Olympic size swimming pool in that HUGE backyard. Thanks for sharing this explore with us, Ethan. I enjoyed it!
The foyer and kitchen were odd. The awkward walk from the front door to the stairs or rest of the house and the fireplace is strange along with the stove top and dishwasher being behind the sink and not even facing the stunning view.
Beautiful property. The outside of the house looked quite nice but the inside was odd. I wonder if this house was extensively remodeled possibly by a contractor. Thanks for sharing.
This is what they calls sample home. Sample of what it can look like and the different materials and fixtures the builder can use to perfectly build your future home. Very nice though! Thanks Ethan!
Weird fireplace in the entry, hot tub in main area and stoves in ackward places. hideous master bathroom with 🚽positioned wrong way. Beautiful home from outside, horrible on inside.
Add a kitchenette, and I'd be happy living in the basement. All the nice features it has, even a jenn-air type grill in the prep area. Its a mystery why the place was left to suffer the damages OF Neglect. Cheers, Ethan.
The floorplan of this house is very strange.. You walk into the front door and automatically face numerous doors..🤔 It might be ok with others, but for me it's just way too strange.. Thanks for the tour Ethan..🙋♂️👍
👋Hi "what's up Ethan, strange having a fireplace in the entrance. Very weird layout of the house and the kitchen is a massive let down. Shame going to be demolished. Nothing made to last these days. Great video, come over to the uk, stay safe ❤❤
I bet that greenish water by the barbecue was a koi pond. Ethan, I thought that you bought a light? I would have liked to see the pick up truck, and other areas that were in the dark! Well, anyway…thanks for sharing this. Take Care
What an enormous beautiful home! I love the exterior and the materials used. The property is so amazing too! 🤩 The interior does look as if it was set up as a model home at some point. There were a some things that seemed different than the norm, like the sunken master bedroom. I'm not sure I like the concept of the hot tub room open below the kitchen, although the hot tub and the room itself is fantastic! I love the fireplaces. Mold is such a horrid thing, it always makes me a little nauseous to see it🤮 It is such a huge and unique place, such a waste it was left to end up like this! It was a really cool find and explore!😎✌️
Hey Ethan..odd lay out ,kitchen on 2nd floor 🤷♀️...lots of big windows ..Nice brickwork/driveway ..would of been nice in its day ...lots of stuff left in garage even a car ,doesn't make sense ...thanks for tour Ethan..stay safe well and happy 💋
what a lovely home shame about the water damage but that what happens when the pipes leak also what I like was the fireplace at the front door when in winter time you have guest coming over the open fire would make your visitors warm and inviting another thing was the kitchen huge but big enough to cook but all in all a nice home thank you Ethan for showing this lovely home see you in the next one
So unfriendly user house. So many doors which made everything look smaller or small. Without those large windows, this house could be a very dark house. I don't think a family lived in there. It must have been for a single person. Because it felt lifeless house. Bedrooms are really small. The large space on top, u refer to it as a master bedroom, that was not a bedroom, I think it was or supposed to be a family living space, it has easy access to the yard, or outdoor. It was nice to see it though.
love the floors, and windows and fire places, strange layout in kitchen, its such a shame oeople dont redo a roof before the damage gets so bad thank you Ethan.👍❤️🇺🇸
This is a beautiful house but seep the mood but it been setting for a long time so it does make sense that it have mood in the house because it probably hasn’t been air out for a long time
Really nice home! I would like to be the one to keep it and remediate any water damage and slightly update at only 30 years of age. That property was amazing and would love to keep it intact. Beautiful trees even gorgeous without foliage. Probably an awesome ice skating spot. The interior quite unique. Not a big fan of the entryway fireplace. Just looks kind of weird. Some strange wall finishes upstairs. Kitchen nice and big. Why would someone need two cooktops? I just would not feel very comfortable with the huge kitchen balcony. Maybe would have extended the flooring beyond the balcony but it would be hard to lose the light in the hot tub room which was quite nice. Fireplace nice except for being fake. Basement room with brick fire place quite cozy. I would have kept the master bedroom on same height as rest of top floor and eliminated crawl space in favor of more basement space. What good are crawl spaces anyway. Love the exterior stone. I’m so much in favor of refurbishment as opposed to demolition. Driveway could be beautiful once again. Thank you Ethan for this unique fun exploration. Take care, be well and stay safe!
I love the oak doors.i can tell the older homes had better quality of materials Looks like either storage or i was thinking 🤔 the samething stolen goods Ethan .Thank you for taking all us with you 💞 Ethan I havent heard of a BMX bike in over 30 yrs . I either like dark oak wood or mahogany in a home 🏠🏠 First time i seen a Canadian nickel .
Ethan its nice house i love it, i feel ive seen something similiar a few years ago esp the hottub in a similar room to that. I love Garages with abandoned cars could it been a getta away truck? definitely a display office
I think that entire thing with the stovetop and dishwasher was an add on. Look at the wall where it would have been behind the sink and then look downstairs at the spa room. That fireplace butts right up to the same wall. I would bet that was all an add-on. I would guess there was no dishwasher in that kitchen and that's where they ended up adding it. That's why the layout is so odd.
I'm guessing you're right, it was a "show" house; that said, it looks like the most "un-livable" house you've ever shown. The lay-out is awful, the only nice feature is the hot tub, but the upstairs looks down on it, so no privacy. Love your explore, just not the house!
Hi there Ethan Minnie What an interesting layout of house a fireplace near the front door interesting 🤔 Well my thoughts of the interior and layout of this home looked like the owners that probably lived in the house probably worked and did their business from home I’m guessing 🤷🏻♀️ Wait what go Upstairs to get to the kitchen? That’s odd to me but maybe it’s normal 🤷🏻♀️A hot tub? Well the exterior of the place is beautiful such a lot of yard beautiful driveway and front area. It’s a shame that places and houses etc … have to sit and abandoned and torn down and some vandalized and unkept houses it makes me sad that houses abandoned has to rot and get left behind and abandoned it’s like I wonder why did the people leave? There is nothing that we all can do about it right?Beautiful homes such as this one left behind and abandoned just makes me want to help it out fix it up and give attention.
The flow of that place is odd. Feels more like a business or group/ meeting / retreat facility than a private home. It's not logical. I had a sunken bedroom similar to that at one time. The entry way with all the doors to the garage/ storage room is very different.
Perhaps if a developer owns the property, they have stuff stored in the garage from other property. Different styles, you could have in your new home. Kitchen layout sucks! Too much water damage to renovate. Honestly, not impressed with this house. Sorry. Poor house. Could have been very nice. Thank you for the explore. Blessings and stay safe. 😆
I have to say I'm a fan of this one the ceilings are low and the kitchen none of the rooms seem to flow together nicely and why would you have fireplace in The entrance Hall oh yeah I've got it now a show home
What a shame to see!Beautiful home or what it was! That was a model home, I can tell from all the different products around, tiles, lighting etc. Hopefully someone rehabs this house, saves it from anymore damage. Please don't wear that jacket again, it was difficult to hear you with the crinkle sound it made. Nice showing though.
I think it was a model home and the builder who owns the property is using that home for storage. That garage is filled with building materials and valuable items. Those were scaffolding stands against the wall by the old 81 piller which again makes me think Contractor. Those Tim Hortons cups still had their colour......we all know they fade in time. 😂Well any other Canadian anyways......I have a feeling this maybe a place near me......looks the same but it's hard to tell. It's not clearly visible from the road if it's the place I think it might be.
