Daphne was so much more than just the pretty girl that needs the free points. She was actually the one with the most street smarts in the gang. She was always the one to translate Velma's theory into actual reachable goals. She was the one who streamlines Fred's elaborate traps. And when things go wrong, she's usually the first one to whip out her scarf as a tool or a lockpick to bail the group out.
At least the creators of Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt made a better long term running series, while drunk off of their minds, than the producers of HBO’s Velma💀

I think I like the what’s new Scooby Doo version of her since her face is a lot more pronounced and she has cuter eyes than she used to. That was the kind of Velma I fell in love with. Velma when she was dating shaggy. That was the version that I liked and she had that hair clip. I just feel like the writers did a lot better with her looks and cared about her more. Same thing with Daphne. They actually made the female characters look more stylized and the male characters look more muscular without sacrificing so much of the original look. They didn’t take away from the original appearance, but they didn’t add too much to it to the point that their characters look like the ones from Velma. Scooby Doo in that middle age I feel was at its best. That was the golden era for the show. Then Velma show came in and ruined it.
Free points for my girl Daphne? No way sir. This girl managed to be freaking smart and so creative to come up with solutions using her beauty gadgets to solve problems. Besides she was indeed pretty intelligent and also pretty skilled on a lot of sh*t (my girl knew how to fight, to surf, sing and more). So yeah, miss her best version

Yes! By the time of Cyber Chase she was pretty damn capable, scaring a virtual samurai with a broomstick. In What's New she was borderline McGyver, and in Scooby-Doo & The Samurai Sword she'd gotten invited to an elite martial arts tournament.

Actually no, not RIP. I do not consider "this" to be a part of a Scooby-Doo universe. It's a completely different show that happened to steal some of the character's names, nothing more.

Daphne gets points for random resourcefulness. I dont remember which series or what episode but I remember there was one where she casually pulls out a case of dental floss to use it for something and its change my life because as I kid I immediately when to go test out the strength of dental floss and its always in my bag now.

One cool thing about Fred in the video, is that “Velma” Fred is taking pictures of himself, fully enthralled by his looks and nothing else. While Scooby Doo Fred is taking pictures outwards, showing that he is more interested in the gang and the mystery.

Shaggys og name was norville his nickname is shaggy because of his shaggy hair he says he doesn't like his name so it's dumb how they call him that in the Velma show
I like how Fred uses the phone in the old one, it shows he does not use it much, where he taps the screen with his other hand instead of using the hand that is also holding the phone
