You will never have trust if you don't have rest. Trust Leads to REST.
Let's look at the details, the context - go deeper than the surface with me - Feeding the 5,000 (men), probably closer to 10,000 people with 5 loaves and 2 fish. Leading up to Passover...The time of year makes a difference!
7 is about trusting God to possess your promise in the face of the improbable and the impossible.
John 6 - Jesus Tests his Disciples.
God tested Israel in the desert. Yeshua tested the disciples in the same way
GOD ALWAYS TESTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TEACHING AND TRAINING.
Rest, trust, provision - connected to Hebrew number 7.
Manna required trust. On the 6th day they trusted that the 7th day of rest would be enough. Rest, worship, and rest on Shabbat so God gave a double portion. Trust reveals the heart

Thank you so much for your explanation of the significance of SEVEN. Never thought about it as TRUSTING God gives us REST. I always relate it as trusting God gives us PEACE; but true 'rest' is peace. Peace from fear and anxiety is a 'rest' of the mind and body. Praise the Lord for His LOVE and MERCY to us all.

They say that God gives his hardest battles to his toughest soldiers. I pray that this is true so, I will continue to stand in my faith even through hard times. I have two beautiful boys both are autistic. My husband passed away years ago. I’m all alone. I lost my job over declining the vaccine. LIKE MANY OTHERS! I declined due to my pre existing health conditions lupus and heart disease. I’ve been struggling to provide for myself and my children since losing my job as a social worker from Forsyth hospital. I’m now waitressing, and I’m thankful, but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. Every month is a battle to not end up on the streets with my two children. I’m constantly in fear of losing my home. But even as I face homelessness seemingly every month. I have faith, God will provide. He has this far this is my testimony of faith! With GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

The number 7 is the number of completion. I was born in the seventh hebrew month Tishrei. The 7th day is Shabbat & Yeshua is our Shabbat which means rest.

Rest and Trust....even Yeshua had to go through the wilderness,the Lord showed Us exactly how to follow Him ,He showed it by His obedience to the Father,and now our obedience is to follow Him...All For ABBA'S Glory... I am seeking help with a question that was raised in Bible study while we were studying Matthew 28. Please help us understand not for criticism but for understanding: Do the Jewish people still hold to the idea that was mentioned in Matthew that the body of Jesus was stolen from the tomb in the night by his disciples. Thank you in advance for helping us as a small congregation to grow in our understanding.

Pray for our Jewish friends, I know two and they are so nice but one actually got hostile because they don't want to hear about YESHUA, he said, he's just a sad man. So he doesn't know anything about HIM and the other one said, I'm not allowed to hear about YESHUA. So don't get into trouble like I did, I got kicked off a chat. It's a spiritual matter so I guess don't say much just pray. I know Steven on Israeli News live has a hard time with his Jewish friends I mean a real hard time.
