I own this bag in the black and orange colorway. I use it for work and plan to use it to augment my carry-on roller bag for an upcoming trip. I originally bought this bag because I was looking for the best "personal item" sized option for putting under the seat in front of me on a flight. I prefer this over backpacks, because I like top openings and it sits upright on top of luggage. So far, I really like this bag a lot and I think it's a very unique offering compared to other bags in this size category (15-20L). This bag is rated at 18L. The outer physical dimensions perfectly max out what I can take as a personal item on a flights to/from Asia and Europe.
I'll put this one on my list. I've been using a Travelpro Maxlite 5 underseat tote as a personal item companion for my large carry-on travel backpack. But I have been thinking about getting something less structured that could fit under the seat on more restrictive airlines. This seems like it might fit the bill.
