Would like to see your skin without the filter. Of course this stuff works, but the filter doesn’t work at some angles so I can see you still struggle with texture on the forehead. Let’s just be a little honest here folks. I love seeing natural skin no matter the ‘problem’ you may think you have. Better than seeing a filter and saying “my skin looks like this now because of xyz”
I still see her texture ... & Guys most phone cameras blurs your skin and it looks smooth so don't get fooled by this people, your the best version of yourself in your on skin 💖💖
I used to have this too. I don’t think this works for everyone but what I did was use a cleanser with salicylic acid and moisturized before going to bed. Did this every night and after a week or two, the bumps were all gone
@@misbashaikh7676 I use the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer at night. I use the Cetaphil Oil Absorbing Moisturizer during the day and it has SPF 30
I also had this issue and I got it 90 cleared up with 0.05% tretinoin and immediately after I finish my 0.05%, I am bumping up to 0.1 tretinoin. And I am planning on added salicylic acid in my morning routine in my cleansing step.
I have tried everything and nothing literally nothing even helps. I have lots of little pimples on my forehead, chin, and on the sides of my nose (these are bigger). My forehead is very oily. I use a clean and clear morning burst cleanser at night, just water in the morning, and Paula's choice exfoliate once a week at night. If I do anymore than this my skin gets so irritated it turns as red as a tomato. I have watched videos and each one says something different and only confuses me more. I also can't see a dermatologist because the only one in my area requires you to be sent from your doctor. That's my rant. I give up.
I’ve been on accutane twice, been on the antibiotics the derm gave me, a ton of topicals from teen to late 20s.....you know what worked for me? Taking vitamin B5 (also known as Pantothenic Acid). Look it up! It’s amazing. I finally have clear skin. I was so worried that on my wedding day a year ago I’d have even 1 pimple (like the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding. That was nightmare) but I had clear skin! You don’t have to take my word for it but honestly the dermatologist won’t tell you this and I wish I knew about it sooner. If I did I would have spent less time worrying about my skin and actually enjoying my life. Acne has given me ptsd every time I wash my face I try to feel if there are any bumps in the skin just waiting to come out. Yuck even just thinking about it makes me shutter. I hated that feeling. I hope this helps someone because I know how much it sucks!
Second this. Been taking B5 since February at the advice of a naturopathic doctor after suddenly developing acne in my 20s. Avoided accutane and my skin has improved about 80%, the chin area I started using a retinol to clear out closed comedones and start again.
I've had this issue for many years I went to a dermatologist and he just shrugged and said it's sun damage. That was his answer to almost anything I asked him. I'm going to try this. Thanks for sharing this.
The Paula’s Choice exfoliant can be used daily. It’s only at first that you must use it in moderation, since you’re introducing the product to your skincare routine
depends on your skin type! if your skin can tolerate it daily that’s great, but i couldn’t use a product like that every day without disrupting my skin barrier, especially since i have a retinoid in my routine.
@@yaya-mk3nn It says in the instructions that you can use it up to two times a day, but I definitely don’t recomment to use it as much if you are also using retinoids in your routine
@@iinlondo I’ve never used retinoids, but based on research that I’ve done, you can, but only if you’ve already slowly introduced the product to your skin. That is, if you just bought your retinoid use it only once a week, and slowly increase its use until you can use it every day. Consider slowing down its use or eliminating it if it causes irritation, and do a moisturizing sandwich to prevent that from happening. This is applying moisturizer, then retinoid, then moisturizer again, because retinoids are too strong and drying at first, and your skin must get used to it. Also, very important, only use a pea-sized amount; no more than that!
actually no some dermatologist say use 2 or 3 time a week because over exfoliating can cause overly dry and sensitive skin same thing with retinol should be use 1 or 2 times a week
I got it due to cross country we mostly ran on dirt trails so imagine sweating and then dirt flying everywhere. I don’t have it now that I’m out of high school. I literally use a Palmolive bar of soap to wash my face and I used to use cetaphil, rn I’m using the red ponds just because I always forget to rebuy cetaphil. Everybody is different so try different stuff out and if it really bothers u go to a dermatologist.
That's my forehead exactly. I have to wear caps outside so I think it's from that..had it for years. I started Tretinoin 2 months ago, I hope that clears it up.
For past month all my face have bumps... Double cleansing doesn't help me, retinols are to strong for my sensitive skin.. but ai think it's my body.. something doesn't work properly...
I always thought skincare influencers were over exaggerating when it came to moisturizing the skin. Turns out, they weren't lol. My skin has improved drastically.
Starting my clear skin journey for almost a month now. I have dry but oily tzone with enlarged pores, some milia and bumpy skin but no acne. Wish me luck!
Thank you so much 🙏 I have bumps on my chin line and they are bothering me so I started picking them and they did come of but it started to sting and then I saw this and I will not try it!! ❤
here’s the thing i have this in a teenager and i do all those things and i went to see a dermatologist and they gave me something which was meant to dry spots out but instead gave me an allergic reaction so i then went back and they gave me this other cream which also gave me a reaction so i’m not sur what happened they said i’m just a teenager and it’s normal it’s not acne but yk my spots make me really insecure
I would like to add niacinamide to the list i used it religiously for a long time than at the beginning on March i went a week in vacation and didn't bring it with me. Since that week my forehead had all types of little red bumps (not quite like in the video so they are props different) that look like very small pimples. Ever since I'm trying to get rid of them but they just won't budge bu i do feel like the niacinamide makes them appear less.
I’m using la roche posay face wash for dry and sensitive skin and i wash my face with this only at nigjt do you think it will get rid of my bumps cus iv had tham for over 2 yrs
Keep in mind everyone. We DONT all have the same skim. So what may work for her might not work for you. You will need to try a few products to find what best suits your skin with the issues you have with it
The reason I don’t double cleanse is because I feel like it dries up my face, so I don’t really think it’s that good to double cleanse, at least not for me
i cant afford that paulas choice treatment and its super annoying since everyone recommends it i dont see why skincare brands dont make affordable products from teens. its not like i want to have acne…
It’s working great for me. It has gotten rid of my blackheads one by one. I have been using it for about a month, though, so maybe you haven’t been using it enough 🤔 Some products don’t work on some people, as well, so keep that in mind
Heyy can someone please tell me how I can use a chemical exfoliant 2 times a week please? I am very confused. For example, should I use it on Monday and Tuesday and then wait until next week to use it on those same days, OR should I use it one day skip some days, and then use it again? I would really appreciate it if you could help. Thanksss!
it’s best to leave a few days between :) you don’t have to be super strict about what days you use it on, if you want to use it on a monday maybe do it again in a thursday or friday and if you want to use it on the following wednesday maybe try a sunday if that makes sense :)
cerave has a salicylic acid smoothing cream and la roche posay has a cream called cicaplast b5 with zinc that would in theory be good for this, neither are too pricey but the ordinary also have chemical exfoliants
I have this and I’ve tried ahas bhas and retinol and benzoyl peroxide. Bp worked but then it stopped working and my skin is even worse now. I have teeny tiny bumps all over my cheeks and chin and forehead and nothing seems to work :/ I’ve used these all separately and not all at once or the same time and tried for as long as I can remember. If anyone has any tips or advice would be much appreciated!
@@meenafarah oh no🥲. Nizoral worked for me thankfully. But i still get tiny bumps occasionally . I tried azelaic acid but it didn’t anything for me😭. But since yours isn’t fungal acne, it might actually work for you! I’m currently using Bp but I have a feeling that it would stop working for me in a bit just like you said. It’s almost like my skin builds resistance against any actives I use after a while😂… sooo annoying. I’ve tried almost all actives like niacinamide , azelaic , glycolic , lactic, AHA BHA but I still haven’t found “ the one “ yet.
@@shanzboo2541 omg I feel ur pain 😭 I’m so glad nizoral worked for you! which Azelaic acid did you use? I’m looking at the ordinary one cos it looks affordable & effective and I’ve already spent so much on other products 🙃. And I totally agree it’s so annoying my skin stops reacting to actives. If this doesn’t work for me I may have to just go to my gp to see what’s going on or hopefully get a prescription retinoid 😅
Ohh i got a prescription grade azelaic acid I think it’s called aziderm. I started with 10%. Used it for a couple of months. But it broke me out after a while ughgj. Ohh I’m not sure about TO azelaic acid though. I tried TO niacinamide and glycolic acid toner but they both broke me out 😀🥲✌️. I’m left with scars on my cheeks but my skin is a lot more clear since I started using Nizoral. I have oily skin so it’s just so hard for me to find a moisturiser that wouldn’t break me out. Same with sunscreen 😭 everyone of them breaks me out.
What really helped for me was : 1 stop wearing makeup. Really.. Just use concealer under your eyes and maybe a blush and enjoy your breathing bare skin 2: double cleanse 3 : paulas choice 4: niacinamide from the ordinary literally never looked better and my nose is also very clear and smooth now without any sebaceous fills.
Y’all always tell us about what y’all use on your face but never tell us the name of the products that not helping us I’m tried of these post like this same with makeup
