Thanks for watching my video! Your points are well seen. A couple weeks ago one of the Mythic Legions experts that I watch each week made a point that this particular line is very unique because it does not have connected media like a movie or cartoon which makes it success all the more impressive. It also ensures that the line won't just die if for instance "the Mythic Legions cartoon got canceled" because it does not depend on any media for its popularity. There's plenty of different kinds of figures for fans to create their own story or build off of what the Horsemen provide in their lore. Throw in the fact that they are built to be customized, and it becomes fertile ground for the imagination. Great stuff!

Your very welcome, if this video has helped anyone learn about the line or understand it better then mission accomplished for me. It's funny you say all other lines are nearly expendable because I have been thinking the same thing lately. I collect Transformers, Marvel Legends and a little of Mezco/Neca.... but I'm at a point where I have most of the Transformers I would want (character wise) and instead of buying nearly every Legends release I'm going to be more selective, not ordering whole waves of figs just to get build a figures and such. This is a direct result of wanting to build up my Mythic Legions collection. The truth is, it is much easier to back track on missed Legends than Legions!

Yeah they are pricey on the secondary market, especially the classic 1.0 stuff... However, the Illythia Wave is still up for preorder right now. Ends at 9pm tomorrow (Monday 1/11/21). Its a long wait for the figs but hands down the best time to buy for the actual prices!

AWESOME!! When I decided to make these videos, my goal was to make stuff that I would have benefitted from when I was thinking about starting to get into the line. So hearing (reading?, lol) comments like this really makes me feel good! Be sure to check out my other Mythic Legions content. Especially the last one that talks about the pre order alert. Hello and welcome to my channel! So, I have only done one trade in my collecting career and it was for a custom GI Joe so I'm not well versed in places to find good trade partners. However, have you ever heard of the Mythic Legions Cabal? So, they are a shadowy, secretive and clandestine group that is rumored to exist in the dark underbelly of Facebook... J/K LOL, I couldn't help it... Seriously though, the Mythic Legions Cabal is a Facebook group that is all Mythic Legions collectors. I know lots of trades happen in that group, but they make it clear that is not the sole purpose of their organization. I'm guessing that those trades are legions for legions as well, not any other lines like Legends but I don't know that for sure. Also, if you join up and all you ever do is ask for trades you might get banned. They focus on sharing information, customs, and photos of the figs. I hesitated to join for a while because I did not want to be on Facebook, but I finally joined and it is a very supportive community, although I don't frequent the group very much. I would say your best bet to get figures now is BBTS and eBay. The prices on some figures on eBay have come down, not for older 1.0 figs as much but the more recent releases, especially Advent of Decay seem to be reasonable at the moment. The pre Order for Illythia is active now (I covered the wave and strategy for it in a recent video.) which is the best time to spend money on figs, but it is the ultimate in delayed gratification because we won't see these things for a year, but it will be sooo worth it they arrive. @@datamag2018 yep..been in the cabal the first day I started..thats how I got the trades I did get..but the wells gone dry..lol..i traded some mezco extras I had..prob gonna post some legends trade bait on there soon..i got tons of rare legends so maybe someone will bite..also have a ton of other lines..but yeah I'm on there..ive posted a few times and just recently posted 2 customs I made..my name is Katt hager on there..very new but trying...and yeah my best friend has me 3 preordered and as soon as I'm able more will be ordered..right now its xmas time so I have to buy stuff for my family..so trading is my only hope till after Xmas..lol..but Yeah love your vids man..i look forward to go finishing a marathon of your stuff tomorrow..thanks for getting back to me..and look me up in the cabal..maybe we can help each other out sometime

Damn! I really missed out then, sheesh! That all in would have still been a struggle even at those prices, but man that would sweeten the deal. I can't imagine how crazy and overwhelming it would have been to get 40 something figures all at once!

I'm still very much into it. However, to be honest, waiting for the pre-orders is starting to get frustrating. I told a the guys in a group chat of mine that I had around 1800$ dollars in pre-orders at the moment, and I did not even go all in on every preorder that they've had the last year or so. (In fact I skipped a couple waves, just because of funds.) It's very difficult to justify dropping that kind of money and not seeing product. Let me be clear, I have no worries about Four Horseman delivering, and I'm going to feel way better when my figs show up and other people are stressing about in stock sales, but man being patient is becoming a real challenge. Fortunately, I have other lines and interests, so I can forget about them a little bit. Thanks for watching!

@@datamag2018 makes sense. I think I'll be picking up one here and there to fit into a crossover with other lines because yea they are very deep in the line and the wait time is very long for new stuff.

So depending on when you and who you buy from the usually run between 50 or so to 50 or 60ish. Deluxe figures on BBTS are around 50-60$ depending on the figure. They actually have quite a bit of stock at the moment, now is an excellent time to get some figs added to your pile of loot. Legion builders are in stock there for 40.
