I'm glad I found my earrings! Let me know what you think about the "mouth" of the bag. I don't mind it on the mini size, but it seems to bother me on the micro size. Perhaps it's just because I'm so used to the micro sutton?

Thanks for showing this. I think that extra fabric on the mouth is a bit annoying on my mini, so I get what you’re saying about the micro. Bummer. I don’t remember if the older style we saw had the same features. I don’t remember if it had the mouth. I love the denim color though!
I know, I don’t remember even opening it up to look because I was so confused about the hardware lol! Yes it was too much for a super small bag. Oh well now we know!!
Hi Eva: Thank you for the review. I just recently got the next size up, the mini metro tote. I wasn't sure what to do with the extra fabric so I just tucked it down inside the bag. I'm also not clear on what to do with the pouch you get with some of the bigger bags. They don't seem big enough to store the bag inside and, yet, the pouch itself doesn't have any structure so not the easiest to use. All of that said, I do love the 2 bags I've gotten so far. I love the brand!
Hi! The extra fabric is a little confusing. I've heard it works great on the larger totes as it helps keep things in even when they are over stuffed. But I don't have a larger size tote. Right, it's not too bad on the next size up. And a good question about the little pouch. I've also thought they were to use as a travel packing for the bag, but my mini metro doesn't fit. However by backpack does, so it's a little confusing. I also love this brand. So well made and lightweight.
Great video! I’m also an MZW fan and just received the exact same bag. I had the opposite reaction to it though. I was really worried from just the photos that the extra fabric on top would bug me. On the contrary, it opens wide enough IMO if you extend it all the way up. And I like that I can just stuff it down without having to zip up most of the time. I had a micro Sutton but unfortunately it didn’t work because I found the strap too short (and I’m not that tall at 5’5”) so I gave it to my teen. Cutest little bag though, and so is this micro 😊

Excellent! Loved your visual demo and explanations. I REALLY NEED the external pockets for my phone and keys, so those two pockets are my deal breaking features. I would really love some of these bags in leather. I may just have to go with the black lacquer instead. Thank you!
Great review! I agree I like my micro sutton better however I do love my small metro tote. I just like how it has the outside pocket to store my phone and its easy access😊
Eva thank you so very much for doing this comparison I’ve been trying to figure out the diff but it’s hard via pictures. I do love the outside inside pocket feature and the more tote type style but that extra material I wi Dee for me if it will bother me as much ? Since I tend to use my bags a bit differently. Hmmm I’ll have to check the prices because I think there is a price difference but I could be wrong. It maybe one of those things I have to wait to save for the Sutton. But I love that color. I just ordered this in black Rec and I’m so excited because I love the micro Sutton but hate the d rings and how it clips so I’m so pumped to have a metro deluxe which is my all time fave in a micro size. Only downfall for me is the missing outer pocket but I can live with that
MZWallace bags are great, but that one is way too fussy. Also, I'd forget which "exterior" pocket I put things in. I recently purchased the Madison Satchel for a trip, and loved it! I also have the Travel Jim, which I carry as my personal item. It fits a ton, weighs nothing, and fits under an airplane seat.
Thanks for the info! I also love how lightweight they are! I use the metro backpack often for a personal item. You are right, this one is way too fussy.

Thanks for your question, but I may not know the answer. I'm looking at the MZW website right now and I only see Micro suttons. I don't see anything named XS sutton. If I said it, it was an error.
Thank you for the question. It's been about two weeks since I sent it back, so I can't be certain. But I'm trying it here with my micro sutton, since they are similar. It does, but it takes up a lot of room in the bag.
