More fiction, because I might as well and I still think it is fun. :) Tell me if you think it is corny...though, if you don't like it, just don't read it from now on:
"The young Ninja brought the piece of Gold before the masters of N. At first he thought they stared with disbelief, but quickly he realized that there was more to the legend of Gold One. Secrets that the N Masters never told the world. The Master of N then spoke...
'Long ago Gold One was broken into separate pieces, because for some reason it had mystical properties far beyond what any normal Ninja should possess.'
The young Ninja had already stopped breathing with excitement. This was incredible! Not once had anyone but the Masters been told these things, and he was the one privileged enough to hear them!
'Even we, the Masters, did not think we were capable of peacefully keeping Gold One. We created these rooms of nearly impassable danger so that the one who can pass proves himself capable of holding Gold One.'
'You have the first piece of four. If you can obtain the remaining 3 pieces you will become a Ninja of unrivaled luck, skill, and speed.'
'Now, you must continue your journey. Do not worry though, as you will find regular gold pieces in the remaining, hidden rooms to help you.'
The young Ninja now stared in disbelief, but then quickly composed himself and asked only one question.
'How will I know which piece of gold belongs to Gold One?'
'The only piece that holds a hidden surprise of safety.'
With that, the young Ninja stepped into the first of three hidden rooms that lay dormant below the Masters' temple, never before known to anyone before him..."
