In this video, I install a BSH Oil Catch Can in project car. Through trial and error I got it in but unfortunately developed a vacuum issue related to the catch can and the throttle body. I'll get it sorted out in the following video, I hope. In the mean time enjoy this reality of installation. It's not as simple as they make it out to be.

Why recalculate the oil mist? Is it not better to replace the pipe from catch can to intake with a small air filter? Then blank the rear valve cover breather and remove the rear valve cover to intake manifold pipe and blank manifold too. My thoughts are that this eliminates all chances of oil mist sitting on the valves and choking them up. Wanting to know your thoughts as alot of people do what you have done and there might be an advantage I am missing. Thanks

sorry if it's a stupid question but why use a catch can when you can just use a hose that goes through the engine room to the ground? ECU errors?

If you’re referring to the actual ground, don’t want oil to exit the vehicle. The catch can, catches blow by oil running through the system. Later turbo cars didn’t have the need for this.
