***Update*** One of my best friend was in the same parking garage on Level 1 when he saw Neon screaming his lungs out and slipping under a random car in the garage. He was constantly screaming "Please help me, my life is in danger, Call 911".. He was under that car for 20 mins until the police showed up and he cried his lungs out when the police showed up. They edited out all of that in this video. 😂😂😂
