Sneako seems to only train his chest. His shoulders are small, his back is ok but not as good as his chest and his biceps are very tiny. Obviously skips leg day too.

Neon should start off with pull ups and push ups. Im 31 and was weighing 40 kg before i hit gym. Ive gained 10 kg in 3months. I Started on pull ups and push ups because i saw muscle up videos and wanted to learn. Im still skinny as shit but feel much much stronger and am more confident and have the belief that i can get to 80kg with time. I can now do 5muscle ups in a row, front lever, back lever, flag, handstand push ups and just keep improving. Currently im working on cleaning my muscle up to get it strict. Bodyweight training is so so good for skinny guys. Neon if you read this start training just pull ups and push ups i reckon youll love it. You have the money to eat right, the only machines you need to use is for legs, squat rack especially. But you can get there my indian nigga

@@theunknownslonger648 Your right but height matters as well The average 6’0 tall man Sneako’s age (19-24) should weigh around 147- 177 look it up. Anything lower is underweight. Sneako’s 24 so he should be closer to the latter. And he’s taller than 6’0 probably 6’2 or 6’3 so he should be heavier. I know this because I’m 6’0 and I was scrawny when I first started lifting (148 -155 )and after few months I could press that no problem. For Sneako’s height and the fact hes been talking and vlogging about the gym since like last year he shouldn’t be struggling with 90.
