Loans should be predicated on debt to income ratio, credit rating, and ability to repay but these dubious international conspirators seem quick to connive with corrupt public office holders to mortgage the future of their citizenry through unsustainable lending.

Eat your pride and do a deal or more with Lagos State to get some needed fund. Kaduna has farmland, which can be used as collateral. Send rice paddy and farm produces to Lagos in bulk as payment.

My goodness......you mean borrowing over 569 billion naira. How much IGR does Kaduna State generate to warrant such amount to be borrowed, Kaduna is number 2 after Lagos as the most indebted States in Nigeria, it is costing the current governor of Kaduna State 7.5billion naira out of his 9billion naira monthly revenue to the State to pay back this over 569billion naira debt. The governor might do his 8 years without doing any infrastructural projects in the State, he can bearly pay his workers their salary. EFCC must go after EL Rufai fast!
