I ran the Naches Pass Trail that runs over the Cascade Mountains in Washington State with my family for my birthday. We traveled from east to west. The Naches Pass Trail follows an historic wagon trail from the 1850's. It is a fairly easy trail when dry though you have to take care to avoid body damage in areas. If you have a mildly to moderately modified jeep it is just about perfect. The challenge goes up when wet. The west side has some deep trenching and off camber sections that can be tricky, especially in a daily driver that you don't want to flop or dent. This video will give you a good idea what the trail is like if you chose to run it.
My jeep has Detroit Truetracs front and rear with 4:88 gears and chromoly axle shafts. It runs a BDS 2 inch coil lift and a Currie Anti-rock sway bar. Most of the other mods you can see in the video.
