Check out Nack Mania by vexer1. Verxer has gone through the laborious task of hand-spriting over every single frame of Sonic the Hedgehog and replaced with Nack the Weasle / Fang the Sniper. Which is just an incredible amount of work. Today, we go through a big chunk of the game and kind of dip into a save file to speed up the process and check out Super Nack/Fang as well as custom art over the end screen (which I haven't seen before!)
