Lightning grieves went from protection to put all your lands into play and your deck in your hand

How would this work with board wipes? Are all your creatures the target of a spell?

Also, can't you blink it to repeat the ability?

Playtested a bit with this at the table, the person using it won consistently before turn 5 every game. Very unfair commander.
