Once I went to Dimapur from Itanagar, upon reaching there, being a tribal I opted for tribal auto driver he was nice and interactive, on the way he was taking sips of alcohol...upon reaching he told the fare is 1000...I was shock..1000 for 6km..i confronted him, he was loosing shit within minute, I got scared... He was shouting me at the middle of the street, policemen were also nearby but didn't bother to intervene. Next day I headed home and cancel my plan to pursue higher study in dimapur. I didn't expect this level of fraud or scam from tribal people, it seems we are starting to prey on the innocence just like the non tribals.
