Tyagarajaswamy's Nagumomu sounds sweet even when heard a million times over. Yet, this saxophone version is unprecedented in its clarity of rags bhava, attention to lyrics, and the kind of immaculate percussion only TVG can produce and inspire. What an absolute treat! What a performance!
