I honestly hope that Overhaul's Special could deconstruct a downed opponent into himself and use their quirk to his own, Not like All for One, where you temporarily use their quirks, it's like having a 2 in 1 quirk Take Shigaraki, for example. If you use Overhaul's Alpha, it adds an effect of Decay to the opponent degrading their health, Not only Overhaul's power increases, but their health gets added to his own, making him impossible to defeat, Fell free to write a list of Quirk Combinations with Overhaul's special skill.
