This is a short list of some (but nowhere near all) of the technique snippets I could just pull up on short notice from Naihanchi Shodan. These are things Taika Seiyu Oyata pulled from the bunkai process into techniques.
The amount of things Taika used from just this one kata are probably 10x the list presented here, and after we shut down he cameras more and more things kept popping into my mind from the decades of training and decades of Oyata presentations, demonstrations, et cetera.
Naihanchi Shodan was probably Taika's best documented, most referenced kata and he repeatedly referred to it as the most important.
